I have 2 PS3s in my house. Both are wirelessly using the internet for gaming and downloading from PSN. The only non-PS3 hardware is the small wireless broadband box, ( the phone line is plugged into it but it provides wireless capability for laptops and the PS3s )provided by the phone company. They are my internet provider. I am not very tech knowledgable. Is the small box perhaps a router? If not, do I need a router for something? Thanks in advance for any help.

I am considering buying an X-Box 360. I have 2 televisions in different rooms and would like to be able to move the X-box easily to either one without having to crawl behind the table and plug it in. I would just leave a power cord plugged into the wall and an HDMI cable in the tv. Is the power cord detached or is it hardwired into the 360 console? If it is detached, where can I get an extra? I've looked on-line but haven't seen any. Thanks in advance for any help.
What up guys?
Don't get me wrong, I love playing games. But for some reason, I really struggle finishing them. I sort of just lose interest...even though I'm having fun. Sometimes, diving into a game that I'm really far into feels like a chore for some reason. Once I actually start playing, I of course have fun. Idk, it's kind of weird. The last game I finished was Dragon Quest VIII on ps2.
Anyone else have a similar problem? Or do you guys always finish your games? Feels like such a dumb question, but i'm wondering if anyone else has a similar issue?

I find myself in the same situation quite often. I might be really enjoying a game and then "real life" gets in the way. Usually work or family things take priority and by the time I'm able to return to the game enough time has passed that, "I'm just not into it any more". It's not the games, it's me. Sometimes I'll start some other game and try to get back to the original game eventually. I received Fallout 3 for my birthday in 2008 and loved it. Barely got started and had to stop playing for some reason or another. Started it up from scratch almost exactly a year later and stopped playing again for some reason. Had barely escaped the vault. Started for the 3rd time about 2 weeks ago and have about 23 hours into it an really enjoying it. Hopefully I'll finish it. I have finished both Uncharteds, Bio-Shock and Batman:AA
Thanks for the input and advice. I deleted the game (kept my save games though), then reinstalled and so far things are better. I've gotten past the area that would not continue properly before. Thanks again.
Hi,
I just got Bayonetta for the ps3 and at first it was a lot of fun. I'm playing on normal. I've downloaded the patch and installed the game. After playing about an hour I got killed and wanted to retry so it started the loading screen and stayed there. I timed it for about 10 minutes before quitting the game. I can restart the game and load a saved game but cannot continue from the point of my most recent death. I tried several times with the same results. I have completed the prologue and could continue after dying there. But everytime I fight the 2 headed thing after killing the "Beloved" I die and cannot continue from death. Anyone else have this problem. Any suggestions. Thanks
Borderlands is a really fun on-line co-op game. In my opinion it's more of a shooter than an rpg, but if you think you would like a 1st person shooter that gives you the ability to customize your abilities you would probably really enjoy it.
I'm 45 years old. Been playing video games since I was about 15.
I didn't buy my ps3 until after it had been out for about 18 months after its release. This was mostly so I could finish up all the ps2 games I had. I've not touched a ps2 game since I got my ps3.
Uncharted 2. Really fun game.
