Desktop or laptop?

My friend has a pretty sweet build that can max SC2 on single player, but on multi player he has to turn it down considerably or he gets lag, just be aware.

Amoorz

How can your friend max the single player, if it wasn't released yet.... :S ??

Do you really want me to answer that? :P And you can play some single player in beta

Meh, i haven't really noticed a difference in optimized software between my mac and my pc. Macs aren't exactly the worst computers to begin with, they are just more expensive. Therefore, they are still capable of running pretty much all software. That is, until you consider gaming. Even then, I have been able to play bioshock and the steam games currently available with NO problems at all, but the selection on games is considerable smaller. Like I said, if you want a Mac, make a hackintosh. If you are too lazy, then just buy a mac. But don't expect to get an i7 with 4 gigs of RAM for $1100.

So is there only like a Horde mode? i thought it was missions or something lolwalkingdream
No missions, you play between 4-10 rounds, at the end of each round you can buy ammo/guns/armor/grenades. Then repeat. Then after the last round you play a super boss. There are also random guns/ammo laying around sometimes, and you really should play the custom maps that are on there, so many good ones. I could not have said it better than Maddie, this game shouldn't be as good as it is, there is nothing more gratifying than shooting a zombie in the head and seeing it's brains fly then doing that to the 5 companions behind him.

I usually hate the anti mac comments, but they have a point (unfortunately, although for all the wrong reasons).

If you want OSX, make a hackintosh. This is coming from someone who owns a macbook pro. I love it, but I also understand I could have gotten something a lot better for the same price.

I suggest one of the Asus computers with an i7.

[QUOTE="w0olf_fang47"]Ya, alienware's costly.SakusEnvoy

Actually, I'd say the M11x is a very good deal... gaming laptops really don't come cheaper than $799. But it's the add-ons that really raise the price.

To get it decent it's about $1100, might as well go with the asus with the i7 for $100 more

I play it every day, it's pretty fun and plenty servers not in US. Definitely worth the $13 if it is still at that price, played about 30 hours so far.
