Hello everyone, currently I'm gamming on my PC and Playstation 2. I've been saving up for a console for the summer but I'm not sure on what to get. I've played the Wii at my friends house and some what enjoyed it. Red Steel was pretty cool and I haven't had a chance to try Zelda yet. I use to own a DS but sold it after DS Lite came out because I owned the first model. I've looked into XBOX 360 and I had seen some pretty cool games like GRAWL plus XBOX LIVE seemed really cool. Playstation 3 isn't something I'm even thinking of buying right now until the price goes down. Right now I'm looking to either buy Wii, DS or the XBOX 360. I could buy all three but that would give me less money to buy any games. Right now I own all the good Playstation 2 games released and for the PC. I'm just looking for the best investment for a console.Silent_Bullet

 DS, DS, and DS. Best for the $ by far. a 360 is a maybe, but if you get it I wouldn't waste money on the Elite

I have been wondering what Halo 3 will bring in fps market that other fps games won't because as of now I don't see anything that makes it stand out. I have seen Haze, Turok, UT3, Killzone 2, and other fps games that are interesting in their own way but how will Halo 3 stand out when compared to the other fps games coming out in the fall?

it should bring an end to th f'ed up cliffhanger from Halo 2, as well as the interesting multiplayer that has become the XBL posterboy. as of new stuff, the new shield grenades seem to be the only mild innovation. but hey, if it ain't broke why majorly fix it?  

dude, this is pretty illogical. why would rockstar be disappointed, theywill still have their games on the PS3...

and lets look at gaming history. if we wnt off of history, Nintendo would still own 90% of the market, Microsoft would of been destroyed, as most all other companies made little impact on the market. and Sony would be making attachments for Nintendo. Now compare that to today. History dosn't hold up very well, does it.

FF didn't sell that musch actually, and MGS2 waqs good mostly for showing off the PS1's graphics capibilities. Sony won that generation bcause of a larger space fromat that developers loved, and thus made lots of games for. Once again, how did Rockstar sell their soles to MS?

why instead of playing games, u would have to exit the game go into home and see what awards the've won?

and when u have that much freedom in a 3D sim game, would u really want to see what someones room would look like.

are u really gonna spend hours in home instead of playing games like MGS4?

and what about age, most likly theres gonna be grown men hitting on young teenagers.

u are putting probably hours into making a room and character, that u will probably stop using when better games comes out,

do u really have to load up homes to view awards? and chat to friends??

i believe the trophys will show up in game like XBox Achievments. Also, who knows exactly what Home will entail. i doubt you will spend hours, but more time than the Mii thing. there'll probably be a lot more to it. the predator thing...well, it happens on chat rooms and forums as well as XBL. Once Home comes out, we can weigh our expections to it. I hope it gives an interesting spin to gaming (multiplayer and special content, aswell as special trophy rooms that have exclusive content for accomplishments in game). 

So I was playing my friend at school with my hacked pokemon, he lost and he told me that hacked pokemon are banned on wifi and that your DS will be banned from wifi somehow if they found out. So is it true? Cuz im scared to go on wifi now, btw my pokemans are lvl 50s so i dont want to start a new game with legit pokemon :(neroburner52

I don't think you will be banned, but you can't use them, i believe
