@krystyla @kyle756 than you where living in a cave then, Killzone 1 was one of the most hyped games for PS2, and as previously said it didn't live up to expectations
@Zicoroen how is this any different than how to unlock camos in Call of Duty, or unlocking attachments for certain weapons, I don't see you docking Call of Duty for that inevitable point when a player starts exclusively using pistols cause he's unlocked everything else. Killzone has clan play, when you organize as a clan and don't do public games, no one will be doing any of what you suggest.
@xReincarnationx @FaeLKuN any game where terrible players can hold there own against good players, is by definition "not balanced", it means there are serious handicaps at play
@krystyla @kyle756 @FaeLKuN @xReincarnationx @tommynj no one heard of?, have you been living in a cave?, Killzone is notorious in gaming for its first entry being touted as a halo killer (back when that terminology mattered) and then being subpar, Killzone 2 is well known for being one of the most drastic improvements to a franchise ever. You must be 12 or something, no excuse for that lack of gaming knowledge, especially on this site
@Zicoroen that's very biased, Killzone enjoys a healthy fanbase, and Destiny is getting some pretty big hype, I do however agree on your omission of Call of Duty, however until Battlefield stops being Origin exclusive I have no intention in buying
@FaeLKuN @xReincarnationx @tommynj the correct word would be weighty, on top of making the game feel distinct, it also had the advantage of lowering the impact of internet connection as an advantage, that alone made it better than call of duty, add the class based combat and battlefield style focus on squads and you had one of the best PS3 exclusives.
@Zicoroen don't know what your talking about, what is being proposed is more in line with Killzone 2, which had a greater player base than killzone 3 did in its high.
guys this isn't new they are going back to a Killzone 2 style system, killzone 3 was the only on in the series that worked by exp for equipment unlocks. in killzone 2 equipment was unlocked by earning ribbons.
I honestly don't care what they do, and it aggravates me when people make controversy over "sex sales', yeah men like the images of naked or scantily dressed women, our entire sex drive is based on it, without it the human race would cease and die. Having said that, I find it funny that there really isn't all that much of difference in meaning between sexy and erotic.
Also lets not forget that this is the same guy who gave us the image of an effeminate male cupping his balls while doing sideways cartwheels....
