Well, today we had my little birthday party. My birthday really isn't till tomorrow, but today was really the only day we could have the party. Me, Alicia, Sarah, and David went to the hockey game but Michigan Tech lost 5-2. But that's ok. The game was pretty cool anyway.

Before the gameAlicia came over to my house right after school and we decided to decorate the kitchen. It took us like 2 hours to get only a few things made and up on the walls. It was still fun though.

Sarah didn't come over till about 5. Then my mom came home and brought pizzas and chips. After we finished eating, I got toopen the gift that my mom tortured me with. It's awesome! I got the first Jonas Brothers CD. My mom had her friend look everywhere on ebay for it, and she finally found a good one from Quebec, Canada. The scary thing is that my mom paid $50 for it plus $6 for shipping. So I'm gonna take really good care of that CD.

Okay, so my 17th Birthday is on Saturday, and I'm excited. I was and still am bummed that I didn't get to go to the concert, but that's okay. My friends Alicia and Sarah are coming over to my house on Friday after school (we have a 1/2 day of school tomorrow and Friday) and we're gonna hang out until my mom comes home from work. She's gonna bring home pizzas and breadsticks, and then we're gonna have ice cream cake. Then around 6:30 we're gonna go to a college hockey game. It's Michigan Tech University against some college called St. Cloud.

My mom wrapped her birthday gift to me and left it sitting on the counter. She said the reason that she did that was so I had to wonder what's in it. She just loves to torture me like that! But I wanna know sooooooooo bad what's in it! I guess I have to wait till Saturday to find out.

Saturday night was a scary night. I had my friend Alicia over and she was supposed to go over to my friend Ashley's house but she didn't want to. Ashley always ruins plans that she has made at the last minute, so Alicia wanted to do the same and show her how it feels. So she called Ashley and told her that she couldn't go over to her house. The only people who knew the real reason was me, Alicia, and my sister. Well, my sister has a big mouth. She went to hang out with Ashley later that night and told her everything. So Alicia's boyfriend David came over and we were all in the living room when we saw Ashley's car pull up. We took off upstairs and we all hid in my room. I locked the door because we knew she was pissed. She barged into the house and stomped upstairs and started banging on my door. We wouldn't come out because we knew something bad would happen. Then she started threatening me saying that she was gonna kick the door down and drag me downstairs by my hair. I was mad because she threatened me in my own house. She finally left when she knew that we weren't coming out. Then I had Alicia and David leave because I knew my sister and Ashley would be back. Alicia and David went to the park that was down the street from my house. Ashley showed up there, and Alicia and David took off running because they didn't wanna talk to her. Then Alicia texted me and I met them down at the park. We stayed there for about half an hour and then David went home and Alicia came back to my house. My sister was there, but Ashley wasn't. Then my sister started yelling at me, and normally our fights tend to be physical at times. This time was no exception. She threw the first punch. I defended myself. Then my sister left and went to a friend's house for the night.

This weekend was so stressful because of what happened Saturday. My sister is a liar, and everyone knows that, but they still tell her secrets, and she will tell someone it. I don't trust her anymore than I ever did. I will NEVER forgive her for what she did this weekend. I can't take her anymore. She's always lying and she bosses me around like I'm a little kid. I'm more mature than she is. She is 19 years old, she's graduated high school, and she's never had a job. She's too lazy to get a job. She won't get her driver's license so I'm stuck driving her around. Then she'll ask to borrow some money but she never pays me back. I can't stand it. I'm thinking about petitioning for emancipation from my mom. My mom doesn't do anything about the things that my sister does, so this is the only thing that I can think of. But I need a good job and a car before I do this. So hopefully I can do it by spring. It's the only way. I can't take this anymore!

Whoo! I can't wait till Friday! My mom is going out of town to Green Bay, Wisconsin with a couple of her friends on Friday, and she said that I could stay home from school if I get all my homework done. I am so pumped! Me and my sister get the whole house to ourselves till Sunday night. It's gonna be so awesome! I'm gonna throw a big party! Haha...jk. I can't do that. I don't wanna get in trouble. But I am gonna order a pizza from Domino's. My mom doesn't really like Domino's pizza, so now that she's out of town, I can orderone!

I also can't wait for One Tree Hill season 1 to come in the mail. I ordered it from Family Video last Wednesday, and the lady there said that it should come in the mail in about 5-10 days. Well, today is the 5th day, and the movies always seem to come a little early. So I'm hoping that it's in my mailbox when I get home from school today, tomorrow, or Wednesday. I am so excited. This is just gonna be a really great week for me!

Not only all this, but I'm also getting paid this week. I should get about $100. Plus, my birthday is next Saturday. I'm so excited!!!!

Well, today was kind of a bad day for me. I got my Algebra II test back today and I didn't do very good on it. I got a D, and I didn't even know what the heck we were doing. I didn't understand anything on the test. Throughout the chapter, I didn't even understand anything. But that's just one test. I'm promising myself that I'm not gonna do that bad on a test ever again.

Yesterday, I got my Chemistry test back, and I did a lot better on it than I thought I would. I got an 87%, which is a B or B+. As I went through the test to see what I got wrong, I noticed that I made some stupid mistakes, and if I didn't make those stupid mistakes I would've gotten a 92%, which is an A-. I was so mad at myself.

Well, tonight I'm going to a college hockey game. It's Michigan Tech University against North Dakota State University I think. I'm so excited. My family is really big on hockey, so I know what happens in hockey games. The best part is when the players get into fights. It's just so awesome!

Here's another question for everybody.

Let's see, I have a lot of favorite TV shows. I just started getting into One Tree Hill and The OC. I'm getting paid in about two weeks, so I'm gonna go out and buy seasons one and three of One Tree Hill (I already have season 2). I'm gonna get season 4 at Christmas time because it comes out on DVD on December 18. I'm also gonna get all four seasons of The OC at Christmas time too. Another one of my favorite shows is The Dukes of Hazzard. My uncle got me hooked on this show. I have all seven seasons!

So what about everyone else?

Okay, in my previous blog, I explained a little bit about what Copper Bowl is. Well, this year my school won it!:) I didn't get to go to the game, but me and Sarah listened to it on the radio. Our team won 23-7. This is such a great thing to happen.

Also,during this week, my grade won the Spirit Stick. During the entire Copper Bowl week, the juniors at my school and the most school spirit. So that was pretty awesome. The only thing that I didn't like was that when they announced that my grade won, everyone in the grade ran off the bleachers and a few people got trampled like me. I fell to the floor and someone stepped on my left hip, so it's been hurting for awhile. But that's ok. WE WON!!!!!:)

This week is one of the biggest weeks in my school. It's called Copper Bowl Week. The Copper Bowl is the biggest football game between my school and our rival school. My school has lost the Copper Bowl for the past two years, but we're gonna win it this year!

During Copper Bowl Week, my school has dress-up days. Today is Pajama Day, and, yes, I'm wearing my pajamas. Tomorrow is Beach Day, but since it's been so cold I'm probably only gonna wear sunglasses. Wednesday is Twin Day, and I'm not gonna do anything for that. Not only that but my school has a 1/2 day on Wednesday, and I'm taking the PSAT. Thursday is Decade Day, and I'm wearing this leopard jacket with these cool sparkly high-heeled shoes. And Friday is Orange and Black Day. Orange and black are my school colors, and the whole school is gonna show their school spirit by wearing the colors.

During Copper Bowl Week, we also have other things going on, like coronation. Coronation is where the school votes for King, Queen, Prince, and Princess of Copper Bowl 2007. We also have hall decorating. Eachgrade decorates their hallway, and on Friday the faculty announces who had the best hallway. And on Friday, we have a two-hour assembly. We play games, watch a slideshow of pictures throughout the week, and a lot of other things. At the end of the day, they announce what grade won the Spirit Stick. My grade has never won the Spirit Stick, but we're gonna try really hard to win it this year!:)
