I'm not worried about it competing with Gran Turismo. I realize that acting like a total fruit and making your car look prissy and super neato is the in thing...I don't buy it, I'm not interested. I like cars because they go fast, not because they have shiny decals and bright neon lights.

Someone up there said that some believe fourth dimension is time. In that case, all video games are at least 3D right? Because time passes in all of them.

4D is impossible to control and emulate onto a videogame...What do you even suspect 4D to be if the fourth dimension isn't time? Time can't be seen, so it would makeno difference in graphics.

If a video game manipulated the fourth dimension, wouldn't it be classified as a time machine?

Well time can be seen in progress and aging which is where this will be useful on all consoles. I'd like to see this possibly tied to Fable 2 which supposedly will have a time element to it.

Alright...but that isn't the 4th dimension. That's more like an emulation of it put through coding on the game. It isn't actually affecting the 4th dimension in any way, it isn't generating a 4th dimension.

So I've been hearing all these great things about Forza 2 on the 360 forums. About how awesome the customization is and everything. And then I see some trolls in the PS3 forums saying how GT isn't as good as Forza and all this. And I saw complaints of how GT doesn't have any customization at all.

I just wanted to point out, and raise some little discussion, about how great Gran Turismo is and how much you can really do with it.

Most of the complaints are about lack of asthetic customization. Forza 2 claims to be a racing sim right? Why bog down the game with all this Need For Speed style crap that is directed towards 12 year olds screaming about how Fast and the Furious is the greatest movie, and how they could drift better than any of their other friends without ever driving a car before?

Gran Turismo is the only PURE racing sim that isn't worried about decals and window tint, or how high your hydraulics can bounce. I'm pretty sure when you can adjust any aspect of your vehicle's engine, you have a true racing sim. If Forza is such an awesome racing sim, why do we see all these posts about how cool the car looks. I'm personally more interested in how it performs.

That is plenty big, I'd say.

Vizio is a brand that has been selling in Wal-Mart and Sam's Club for a while. I read some of their reviews on CNet...they look alright, but don't expect anything great from them. And the warranty on them may not be as good as other brands.

I heard something about Vizio being a sleeper, you may check it out, they are pretty cheap.

Take some oxycotton and steroids for a month to bulk up and blot out your nervous system, then go after his ass...

Or you can stop whining about it and he might buy it...

Or consider that no one else wants to play with you because youre too god damned annoying?

If you go refurb, might as well look on eBay. Like the guy said, you can find cheap 360 repair people all around. Check craigslist for repair services. I talked with one who charges 60. But he puts in new hardware too, so the cost is justified.

Even if you end up paying that 60 dollar fee you are probably at the same point you would be buying refurb...and new hardware that is less likely to crap out.
