Right folks, calm down now.
The AI was not "toned down" as such, but if the player has god-mode on he wont have to use cover or play tactically so of course the AI will seem a little weaker in practice. That said, there is still a lot to be done to the AI till release and we know there are problems with it, some of which are not neccessarily the AI itself. For instance there is many states of animation that the AI can find itself in and going from one stance to the next can take a little bit of time making them feel alittle sluggish occasionally. Or the AI is not allowed to react as they are too heavily scripted in a certain corner. Either way,we know what the problems are and where improvements canbe made.
