@Basinboy: There is no such thing as what? The games I mentioned are easily some of the best looking games available, period end of story. The advantage to that is they spend their time on one spec as opposed to 5. I don't care what kind of PC snob you are . The PS4 pro and X1X deliver superb IQ.

He did a good job pushing for backwards compatibility and making Xbox focus on hardware with the X1X as opposed to Kinect. He however has done a piss poor job with games.

@Basinboy: Err yea they are. And its painfully obvious. Res and framerate don't make something mysteriously look better if it doesn't have the assets to back it up. Horizon, UC4, GoW , Spiderman. All those would easily be among the top 10.

@Wasdie: They do care actually, if minimum spec for their game is a $1500 PC its probably not going to sell very well.

For me great graphics matter a lot. But its not all about resolution its also about assets. Seeing crackdown 2 in 4k doesn't do much because its not a good looking game to begin with. Its not all about resolution and frame rate.

Many games would not be near as good as they were if they didn't have the excellent visuals to enhance them. Ask yourself if you would enjoy something like TW3 if it didn't look outstanding.
