An unfortunate new trend with developers seems to be "if series becomes extremely popular, don't kill it." In some cases it's not bad but ultimately it deprives us of new IPs. Bioware should be starting a new series now, not continuing with Mass Effect. I don't care if it's not the same characters, I'd like to experience another new, imaginative world that I know they're capable of creating.
@biggest_loser Agree with your point on Portal. As for Half-Life already looking like a movie and as to what benefit would there be in making it a film, I would imagine that non gamers could greatly benefit from having such a great story available on film by such a talented filmmaker.
8.5 is a great score (notice how it says it under the number?) especially when you look at Gamespot's reluctance to hand out high scores haphazardly (cough IGN). I love this about the site, people need to stop complaining about it, you just have to learn to take in the score differently as you would for another.
@unwell-7 @Chaos_Dante_456 @burnettaj I love Dishonored (about to start my third playthrough) but I gotta agree that the story was a bit too underdeveloped (especially the endings...). However, through all the books scattered around it actually fleshes out one hell of a world so where it lags in story I think it makes up for in concept.
(Capcom, When the first trailer came out) "Hey, some fans have a problem with Dante's new look, they want the old one back." "Perfect, we'll put it out as payed DLC after the release."
@tommygun6644 @commanderxp90 Man, Romney wouldn't have made things better. All presidents are the same now (liars without action) and none of them will do anything if things continue as they are. Loving the Deadwood pic though.
