@nyran125tk Strange. From the benchmarks I've seen a 280x should be able to play at 60fps. I'm running an old 6950 with a Phenom II X4 965 and it runs smoothly on medium. Oddly though, after 1-2 hours at some point the framerate drops terribly and the game has to be rebooted.

@stage4saiyan you may find there were a lot of people who enjoyed GTA 4's driving. I think GTA 4's driving was under-appreciated. Cars felt very heavy and something about that really made me feel like I was riding a seriously powerful ton of metal on wheels.

They told us straight up the multplayer would seamlessly blend into the single player. That was such a lie. You get requests to look for an online component all the time. Takes 5 minutes to find one. Then you are pulled completely out of your game, and into a loading screen. When the match starts you are in a different area of the map, in a car you were never riding before.

How is that seamless!? They gave us the impression you could be walking down the street and an online player could invade your game at random. Or you could invade other's games at random. Instead there's cue lines, long waiting times, and loading screens. What a lie.

@nyran125tk I do like that they added a 1st person driving perspective... annoys me that GTA never does it.

@ramyland Watch Dogs has better parkour. And better driving but not by much. Gunplay was terrible in Sleeping Dogs. There's really no melee combat in Watch Dogs but the melee in Sleeping Dogs was a broken version of the Batman Arkham games.

@001011000101101 @liquidbutter Never really got into Sopranos but I've watched every episode of Breaking Bad 2 or 3 times. Walter White becomes a pretty foul person who you can't help but feel sympathy for.

@001011000101101 I find a lot of people think Niko's character was inconsistent, but I don't think it was (or if it is, it's not necessarily bad writing). Yes, Niko goes around blasting tons of people. But is he ever happy about it? Niko is never happy in that game. Niko loathes himself and does what he believes is the only thing he knows how to do well. Hell, even when he's with a hooker his dialogue reeks of self-loathing. He was a very conflicted person in that way, and I find that refreshingly realistic. Human being are often like that. They kind of contradict themselves in some way. Almost everyone I know is like that to some degree including myself.

@001011000101101 the digital trips I will not defend. I have no idea why those are in there. They seem like they belong in a Saints Row game. Probably developed those in their extra time to pad out the game with more content. Things like privacy invasions though, where you peep into someone's home while they're doing or talking about something ridiculously silly fits in the game rather well.
