@2Chalupas: It doesn't come anywhere near the temperature needed to warp plastic. Don't believe everything you read and then go around spreading that false information.

I just kinda wish they'd drop the whole Assassins stuff. I mean, Black Flag and Rogue would be way better if they focussed on the pirate gameplay. Make them their own series, the assassin/templar stuff has nothing to do with anything. Like, keep the engine and stuff and make games with some different gameplay/story focus. I get that the AC name sells games but, crap dude, that shit is old and it doesn't even make any sense anymore.

It'd be great if the PS3 remote worked on the PS4, but it doesn't. Yeah, it's got the HDMI-CEC stuff, but it kinda sucks. I can move around the PS4 home screen and even play and pause stuff, but I can't exit video playback or exit apps, so it doesn't work well enough. HDMI-CEC is one of those things were no one worked together and all the TVs and receivers and consoles and everything in-between have their own protocol and control layout and it just doesn't work between different brands well enough to be passable.

Bayonetta 2, Alien: Isolation, Mario Kart 8, Shadow of Mordor, Smash Bros.

I've put the most amount of time into Hyrule Warriors, though. And I haven't played Dragon Age or Far Cry, so I don't know about them.

I adore my Wii U. Off-tv play is rad. I don't think they have justified the mandatory inclusion of the gamepad, though. I mean, I use the off-tv play all the time, but most people won't and that's all the gamepad is useful for on 90% games. But Nintendo has been kicking the crap out of making games this year.

Just get the Sony Wireless Golds. The sound is perfectly acceptable, they are comfortable, wireless, have a built in mic, okay battery life, and are super easy to set up.

I was disappointed by a lot of movies this year that I thought I was going to love - GotG (hated), DofPofA (disliked), Interstellar (loved until the ending).

I'm 33 and I'm actually getting more into gaming. I spent my childhood mostly playing outside. And my twenties traveling and drinking. Now, I just don't have the energy or desire to party much or the time to travel. So I play games a lot more than I used to.

Also, my current girlfriend is super into gaming and actually encourages me to play them, where as all my other recent GFs either didn't like them or didn't care.

I've always been into gaming but would go through long periods of just never playing them. Like years. And I'm sure that will happen again. Now though, I have a ps3, ps4, and vita. I love games.

To me, that would indicate the exact opposite.
