@Puckhog04 No. When you launch a game it should work. You don't get to beta test a product AFTER it's released. I can't believe you even think that way. You sure you don't work for EA?
At this point, the only way I would buy this game (and I really wanted too, but it's EA so I was patient and waited to read reviews) is if the modding community can take the basic infrastructure and then recreate the game to have an offline mode, clear out the bugs, and add more land to build on and grow your cities. The modding community has made the Sims playable, (thank you Twallan at Nraas) and this game would need the same type of community support. Pretty effed up that a giant company like EA can't make products that work without the assistance of modders.
It's been what, 10 years since the last Sim City, a beloved franchise, and EA just couldn't help themselves and turned it into shit. They've ruined so many developers, including some of favorites (Bioware and Maxis). At what point will EA shareholders demand that all of the upper management at EA be fired because they are absolutely terrible at running a gaming publisher.
One more reason why going all online for game purchases is a stupid idea. I'll stick to buying physical copies of games as I always have. I feel sorry for those of you who download games and willingly give up your property rights. Also, to any who purchased this pos game, take it as a lesson not to buy EA games without reading reviews first.

@C4N4D14N_DR34M @majoras_wrath You do realize that marriage existed WAY before Christianity, right? You don't have a patent on marriage. The issue here is US law, not Christian law. What people want is equal rights under American law, which is separate from Christianity.
@hotpugz And traditionally, prior to liberalism, black people were slaves and after that, were segregated. That used to be a tradition and not just in the US, but all over the world. We should go back to that since it was a tradition.
Traditionally, until liberalism, women had almost no power in many societies throughout history (with some exceptions). They shouldn't be persecuted, but it would be better, because of tradition, to take away women's rights and their right to vote and go back to the way things used to be.
Lastly, you do realize that denying people rights is a form of persecution, right? Tradition does not make something right.
@theend3r @lorenzoa88 @DarthLod *shrugs* not for me lol. But I also believe that bisexuality, on some scale, is much more prevalent than people think it is. I also think that a lot of Christians think homosexuality is a choice because they are actually bisexual and are attracted to both sexes on some scale. Because of their religion, they think that their same-sex attractions are the devil tempting them. In turn, they believe that everyone is like them and has the same feelings that they must combat.
But I also believe that their are people who are completely heterosexual or homosexual and have no sexual feelings for the same or opposite sexes respectively, and there is nothing they can do about that.
Regardless, I don't see how sexuality, however you look at it, is an excuse to deny people equal rights.
