I also don't think he has played any of the older gears of war games in the past. He obviously expected it to be ground breaking so when it wasn't he was disappointed.lol

It doesn't matter what this guy thinks gears 4 is just as good as any other gears of war game.

@thelightningyu: I think they both should have the same score. I actually thought the U4 campaign was boring and the replay value is about as weak as it can get. It was a good game overall but the value is no better that gears 4. No one took points off for U4 being boring half the time and a weak muliplayer so why do it for gears. They just don't know how to look at games and review them properly or they are not being professional. 9 out of 10 for both games. Some of the best, in their genres, this generation.

This is a 9 out of 10 game no doubt about it.

The campaign is no better or worst than any of the other gears campaigns. So in that regard it should score the same as any of the other gears of war games. The multiplayer is better than gears 2,3,and judgement. So it should score higher than those games ,but it only got a 7 out of 10? Come one gamespot put better gamers on staff that give good reviews. Gears of war 4 is everything that I expected. I expected a 9 out of 10 game and that's what it is not anymore or less. Just because you don't like the genre it doesn't mean it's not good.

If you get a gamer that's only into shooting games and give him uncharted 4 and he gives it a 4 out of 10. It's not the games fault it's the gamer. It's only an opinion but it's not one should take if you like the uncharted series.

GameSpot should have put their best gears of war player on this review.

This is a great game it's definitely better than most of the other gears games but only got a 7 out of 10. GameSpot reviews are wack.

Just buy the game guys the only ones missing out are the ones that want to send a pointless message. I bought it for xbox then pc and it was totally worth it. I will definitely buy it for ps4 to test out the vr on it. I don't see what the big deal is at least it's coming to ps4. Sometimes you have to wait for greatness. The 60 dollar price tag is a bit sketchy but I think it's worth it with all the extras.

Played this game when it first came out on xbox a while back and it was fun to play. It's was a great game.
