Ok I dont care what anyone says, even the most hardcore lemmings have to admit that This game rivals Xbox 360 games and ALMOST looks as good as gears!! This is making a bold statement from sony! - yeah i noticed the same thing...the only resolve i can figure out is to disable the 1080i (via system display) because the ps3 reads it as the highest avail. resolution?...if you want or prefer 720p simply uncheck the 1080i and the ps3 will display it at the 720p resolution.

- i actually did this but the 1080i looked better so i switched it back!
- but on my 360 i have it set to 720p and it looks great to me so i leave there...maybe later this year or early next year i'll get a 1080p LCD as the prices are slowly but surely coming down!
