Sadly, not a single title listed here is intellectually stimulating. And thats console gaming in a nutshell, for the all production values and hype, it  has frivolous games lacking any real substance. The pc, due to being a more adult oriented platform and also due to it's open nature will always be beyond consoles.

MGSIV, Uncharted 1-3, TLOU, Demon Souls, LittleBigPlanet.  Also, Resistance series and Ratchet&Clank series if those are your thing.

The only RTS series I like is Pikmin, so PC doesn't have much outside of RTS.  It's like Xbox with shooters.
