The hate has gone to far b/c the praise has gone to far. The article even says its still a "good game" yet when ever a new one is released it get 9-10 on every site and numerous nominations for game of the year as well as many of other awards. If every website and fan didnt put it so high on a pedestal then it wouldnt get so much hate, but whenever a new fps comes out and everyone starts **** and trying to turn it into cod is when i get mad. It also irritates me that cod gets a pass on a lot of things that other games dont when it comes to reviews. Its still a fun pick up and play game with friends every once in a while but i wouldnt put it in the same class as some of these other games.

I am surprised nobody is mentioning in preferring Uncharted 1 or 2. I would have liked to see Sony add those games. Killzone 2, Resistance 1 or 2, etc. are also other old good games that they could have included.

I will be happy with Infamous and LBP though.

you cant dl any of those games. I dont think sony is gonna pass out gift cards for 40 million people. OP what do u want them to do? If they listed more games then im sure some people would still complain that they have all those games as well. For they people saying sony should put money in your account are u serious. Sure sony is gonna give $40 to everyone with psn. Lets see $40 multiplied by 40 million is $1,600,000,000. Im sure sony has that laying around somewhere to give us for a free service being down 3 weeks :roll:

And for the record, I'm laying claim to a new phrase, "what a crock of microsoft" - my first thoughts after reading this quote.

If I could be guaranteed that I when I buy a game it is not a piece of garbage, is bug free and stable online I wouldn't have such a problem shelling out $60.00 bucks for it but that day seems about as far off as the rapture.

how is it a crock? Did you read it? He didnt say it was worse he said it was costing them more in the long run which is true. How many people personally do you know that pirates games? I dont know any personally. How many do u know who buy used games? All my friends buy used games at one point or another. Yes they get money originally but at the same time that game could be resold 10 times. Therefore they have lost money on 10 different sales. Someone pirates a game it only cost them that one time.

so i got on black ops last night b/c i was bored and wanted to play some online like gameplay only to find out that i have to be signed in to play bots? What the hell? Whats the point of bots if i have to have an internet connection? Thats got to be the dumbest thing i have seen in a long time. I guess i will play killzone since gg is smart enough to let you play bots offline. Is there any other games that have offline bots?

i am. Getting it when i get off work tomm. I would be more excited if i could play online. I dont know how good the single player will be

This. It always annoys me when people say this. its thier game who are u to tell them what it is? Also, i remember reading the same thing about uncharted 2. "Boo hoo they have multiplayer the single player is gonna suck now, im not gonna buy it now" look how that turned out

gg wont mod u for that. Most of the games on thier are setup to earn badges. Hell thats the only way to get some badges. I bet everyoneone on thier got at least one of thier badges from playing in a rank up game

Have you seen the leaderboards? Half the people on thier have boosted. People do that all the time. They dont have bots in ranked play anymore for that reason.
