I read that too but i wonder if its six different weapons or just 6 per class. Killzone 2 every class but engineer and sniper had more than one gun but they were the same ones for the exception of sab. I hope its 6 different weapons for all the classes that would be awesome.

gg wont mod u for that. Most of the games on thier are setup to earn badges. Hell thats the only way to get some badges. I bet everyoneone on thier got at least one of thier badges from playing in a rank up game

you should got operationsports.com. Thats what i did. They have a bunch of people looking for legit no cheese players. I joined a dynasty with some folks from thier and im having a blast. Never play ranked online games its just full of people exploiting the game trying to get thier record up

i dont get the big deal I changed my name when i first got my ps3 b/c i just made one up so i could get online at first. If you really hate your name that much create a new account, all you need is a email address. Just create a new email account somewhere, its not like they cost money.

The problem is...video game developers are the same as tv,movie,and commercial developers...EVERYONE on screen has to be hot. Dark hair,brown eyes,built well..its all going to look the same because they want to "please" the human scenses. Look at all the major chicks in games,movies,tv,commercials, they are all nice looking. Heaven forbid we see a 400lb fat blob save the day once. OR a 300lb fat chick on a rasor commercial shaving her legs.

Yes looking at beautiful people is nice..BUT its also distorting reality and messing up our perseption of the human race.

The only problem with this is people will complain. People bi*** about everything. When fat princess came out all these women groups were up in arms that she was "fat" and offended by the game. I think most developers are just tryin not to get bad press so they just do whats acceptable. I also think they are just going with the culture. Spikey hair and stubble are a common fashion these days. I agree that we do need diversity though. As much as i hate to say it a main black character prob. wouldnt work thanks to all the ignorant people on the world. Go to a forum of a video game with a main blk character and you will find a ton of racist topics and people sayin they wont buy a game bc so and so is on it. Sad but true.

They said they are looking into changing him back. Its funny i was just reading the game informer with infamous 2 and they were talking how they changed the character bc people complained about not really feeling the old cole. One thing i dont like about your post is you saying its trying to be something it isnt. i hate when people say things like this. Its sucker punches game. Not Yours. sorry i didnt know we were taking it so literally. if sony "shares" these users it will help them catch up in the sales not to mention they have more users buying their games. I was just bored and was thinking about this. im not really to concerned about it just thought i would see what people thought

Im saying instead of trying to get nintendos users to buy another console you have a better chance of getting pissed off 360 owners to swap over to a ps3 or vice versa. This actually makes sense, if they needed to curb PS2 popularity to make way for the PS3 to start some early gains, but then that wouldn't explain why they tried other methods of PS2 b/c before abandoning it.

Considering people weren't talking about the PS3, it does matter. The PS3 needed it early on more so, to make up for a lack of games, but even now it can be widely regarded as one of the best game libraries on a console. So it is a shame that they could not have kept it.

Maybe it was a double standard, but the Xbox game library was not as needed or as desirable on the 360 as the PS2s was (or is) for the PS3.

Out of the Wii, 360 and PS3. b/c for the PS3 is the most desirable by far and away.

It was a decision maker for me getting a PS3 a while ago. Even now considering how slim the differences are between the PS3 and 360 in terms of game libraries, there isn't a lot else that makes think another console is worth it for me right now.

You keep sayin early on they didnt have ps3 games to support the ps3 but the ps3 had bc back then. You talking like there is no bc ps3. Yes people complained about the price and not bc but what else was sony gonna take off to lower the price?

I like how Battlefield: Bad Company 2 does it. You can potentially kill about 3 people with a submachine holding 30 bullets if you're accurate enough.Tikicobra

This. I love killzone but the hit damage is screwed up. It takes 5 bullets if you go in a game with just you and a buddy and test it. But if your in a full server some times it takes half your clip. i mostly like the die fast bc i can kill more then one person. Nothing pisses me off more than having a drop on two guys to use my clip on one dude then his buddy see me on the radar and turns around while im reloading my gun to kill me
