one word can describe this man, legend. i have always enjoyed his stuff but recently ive been watching him on youtube. not only is he a comic genius, but he is also an amazing singer. his songs are so hilariously satirical, and so offensive, its hard not to like them.
here are some links to his songs on youtube:
Donnie Darko (if you havent seen the movie, this song contains spoilers)
Ten Foot Cock and a Few Hundred Virgins
If You Open Your Mind Too Much Your Brain Will Fall Out
(of course, if youre not from australia, some of the humour might be hard to understand, but most of it is universal)
enjoy... ;)
Alright, here we go again.
Words of the Week:
discombobulate- to confuse or perplex, make it hard to think straight. the meaning ain't much, but this is one kick ass word.
zombie- whoever created this word should go down in legend, we all know what it means so i'll skip the explanation.
ersatz- a substitute.
Quote of the Week: "There's no chin behind Chuck Norris' beard, just another fist." -Mike Huckabee
Man of the Week: Stephen Perry- His name was forgotten, but he made the world a better place. How? By inventing elastic bands. 'nuff said.
P.S. if you have any suggestions for word, quote, or man of the week, please comment or PM me.
we picked up our new car today. we actually bought it months ago but the dealer had none in stock so it had to be ordered from france, and it finally arrived late yesterday. its a peugeot 207, and i would upload some pics, but they dont seem to be working. its a bit of a relief, because we sold our old car last week, and had to get by with 1 car, which is hard, because my dad works in different cities and has to leave early, so i had to walk/bus most places.
exams are over! yay! ive got some of my results back and i did pretty darn well. for maths i got 91% and for science (chem) i got 94%
also, im starting a charity. its called the Buy Jack a PS3 Foundation. all donations are welcome.
and one last thing, i am currently writing some fanfic about my SM (the shame... but they are great to write about and have excellent background) splinter chapter, the Silver Bullets. i may need some help fitting it in with 40k fluff.
okay, i'm changing the rules, because every week i think of about 5 good words and only get to use one. so from now on, there will be 3 words every week, and occasionally a quote of the week as well.
words of the week:
uber- meaning super or better, originally from german.
kamikaze- commonly means a suicide bomber, or someone who kills themself to destroy their enemies, in reference to the japanese in WW2, but it literally translates to divine wind.
rathskeller- again from german, it meant 'meeting cellar', but it now means a tavern below street level.
and the quote of the week is: "Second place really means first loser" -Unknown
[EDIT]plus, ive just realized im level 11! woo! party in my pants and everyones invited!
i hav exams next week starting monday and i havent even started studying.
so, i might not be able to get on much over the weekend. (i really dont want to fail)
stupid b!tch-a$$ blog wouldnt let me do the whole title in capitals, now it looks stupid.
and the word of the week is:
doppelganger
what it means: a doppelganger is a duplicate or spirit double of someone, and is usually NOT a good sign, in most places, it is a bad omen, or a sign of imminent death.
yay! 10th blog post!
and i just reached level10! double yay! (thats yay! yay! for those not good at maths)
check this out. if i explain it, it will ruin the effect, just go to it, and you'll see what i mean.
