Well it's the truth in a way, i mean most likey the Ps3 will be around the longest of the three systems, and so hopefully will end up selling more. lol

It's time to wake up people. The PS3 is not doing well. And please, don't give me the "too soon". It's not too soon, how do you expect delevopers to keep making PS3 games when they know how poor the software sales of the PS3 are ?

And to make things worst for the PS3, the Wii is a huge success and the 360 owners buy a lot of games. I'm not saying that the PS3 will fail, I'm saying it won't win this generation like some people think. It's obviously not gonna happen.

 

I myself am not happy with the PS3 situation, in Japan that is. To be honest I don't care if it's doing poorly in the US because I have my 360. So, even if the PS3 is selling like crap in the US, the developers will move to the 360 and Wii.

But in Japan, the 360 doesn't sell well enough to have support from there. Then you know what's gonna happen. the developers are gonna move to the Wii and that's not something I want. It's really a pity because the PS3 is region free...

The PS3 is a long runing console thats what it is made for, for the long run, thats why it has such high tech and almsot two advanced hardware exe( Blue-ray).

The Wii is made for the short term, get your gameing on right now kind of gameing, a party console, that will get old at some piont and then it will all come down to the games, and nintendo at least in my mind suck at games, all they know how to do is rehash there old games.

Sorry but if anyone is going to maybe beat Sony this Gen it would be the Xbox 360 not the Wii.

How could it be to little to late? It's only been 6-7 months from it's launch and it's main games are not even out yet. A price drop would do a great deal to help the PS3 to sell, the price is a big part of why the Ps3 isn't doing as well as sony would like, but's not the main reason, the main reason it's lack of games, and that is all going to change by the end of this year.

Well, it's not that the PS3 isn't worth the $599 price tag. It is just that most people can't put up that much money on a gameing console, this is a entertainment device, it's somthing that you want not need.

So it becomes out of there reach, and all that desire becomes disappointment, and all the disappointment can become hatred.

While this rumor is far from true, recently this kind of rumors have at the end of the day beem true. Like Xbox elite, DMC, etc....

 

So my question is since a huge title, and most of you are denying it, would you admit ownage??

 

And would it impact your console buying desicion??

 

Ill start, MGS too me not something im looking forward too, its a huge title and presentation wise it looks top-notch. But if it did go multipat it would affect me cause i already have both console, and im eagerly awaiting other titles on the Playstation3..

If Sony can not hold onto this game, pretty much there main game for the PS3 then I will have lost all hope for the PS3 as a gameing console. It looks to me that Microsoft will not be happy tell they have every PS3 exclusive on there Xbox 360.

I mean i wanted to get a PS3 but if all these games just come out for the Xbox 360 as well, then i won't need to buy a PS3 i already own a Xbox 360 so im set.

i read in magazine for hte game Fable 2 and it say it will not come for xbox 360 but for wii!

Besides from what I have seen so far the Wii wouldn't even be able to handle this game, not unless they did some massive downgrades to the game.

What is the point of fighting tooth and nail over a game system and its software? Does anyone here have any legitimet vested intrest in any of these companies? What is the value of continuously fighting for another companies product? These corporations must love the fact that they have zombies willing to argue for their cause. There use to be a time when companies had to pay people to do this. How good is a product when you have willing and able participants to waste half their day defending a product for you at the absolute cost of nothing?

If anything, at least try and consolidate your cause. Invest in the stocks of the companies you are so willing to fight for. At least this way you bring some meaning to your wars in system wars. Gamespot probably doesn't care either way. As long as you, the particapants, bicker over your game systems their advertisers are happy to see the number of hits coming into the site. It's like watching two people patty slap each other over mcdonalds or wendy's.

Wii = Cheap Console

Because it's so cheap rather then buying the console that looks like the best gameing console (360/PS3), they just buy the cheapest one, and talk them selfs into thinking it's the better systems, when it is not. It's all about the price, and in that Nintendo hit the jackpot with this gen, they will do great simply because of the low price.

Nintendo knows what they are doing thats for sure. Now if they can just keep all these new Wii owners hoked to the Wii with lots of great games then the Wii just might win hands down this gen.

I for one am not buying a Wii, just not my kind of system, and I don't like the games they put out.

I don't know why people get so upset about this stuff, even if the Wii wins this gen the 360 and PS3 are still going to be here puting out good games for people that don't like what Nintendo has to offer.
