I had two years under my belt when the 80s became the 90s, so I don't really remember too much from that decade. And it helps if you use 'slang' that people besides you know.

The ability of the Wii to consistently sell out this far into the generation Does count for something.

i really don't understand your logic... why would a game company... that has stockholders... and whole purpose is to make money. not support the system with the highest sales? more consoles means more consoles that their game can sale one. it is not hard to understand. you have one console with the uber graphics and 10 million people playing it, you have the wii at say 40 million... what would you make games for?

i mean if power is all that mattered then gaming companies would only make pc games as the pc is always the most powerful system.

First off software sales matter more than hardware sales. When third parties developed for the PS2, their software would sell like crazy, and because the PS2 was powerful (for its time) it could get a lot of multiplats as well. With Nintendo systems now-a-days, third party games do not sell. The DS has 40 million sold yet only a couple third party games has cracked a million. By the time the PS2 sold 20 million the PS2 had multiple million sellers.

This is why you won't see masterpieces on the Wii from third parties, but leftover scraps.

Please tell us more abouth the future. Since you clearly no so much about it >_>

Why don't you ask that to the sheep here who have no problem making predictions, fanboy?

...but he's not. He's asking you. You who KNOW that FFXIII will be on the 360. You who KNOW that the Wii will NEVER get ANY good 3rd party support. You who KNOW the exact specifications of the Wii even though they have never been released. and so on...

 Simple reading comprehension will tell us that you mean that the wonderous sales Wii is getting will not get the Wii 3rd party support. You go on to bash the Wii's hardware and everything else about it. So why would the Wii get 3rd party support if not for sales?
