@VooDooPC: Those games never got diced up when brought to the west through multiple retailers. (I will acknowledge though that Japanese games have been diced up in their own country.)
The refund process is "time consuming"? Took my roughly thirty minutes and I'm gonna get back nearly $300.
I just searched "Paragon" in my email folder and searched for every PlayStation "Thanks for buying" email. I assume similar method can be done if you bought through Epic. I'm pretty sure they can see every purchase tied to an account on their end, so it's not like players can scam them so they probably won't make much of a fuss.
Lucky me by the way as PSN is crap and I ended up getting quadruple charged for Paragon coins back in October and Sony wouldn't refund me. Never again buying free to play stuff through PSN if I can help it. Instead I buy Fortnite V-Bucks through the Epic client.
@akikisaragi: They did everything they could to attract more players and it failed. At least they're giving full refunds which is something I've never seen another developer do.
@fukuisan: Doubt it. Motiga just announced they're shutting down Gigantic, their Xbox/PC MOBA this summer. Just not enough interest for the genre on consoles and already too many on PC. You have Awesomenauts that tricks people into thinking they're not playing a MOBA and Smite had acquired a big enough following before all the other games in the genre came out. That's the only reason those two survived.
I didn't even know EA started selling non-EA games. Well with how they're cutting up a couple measly cosmetics to milk the more die hard it seems SE is in with the right crowd.
I don't have Halo Wars 2, Rime or that Riptide sequel. Now might be a good time to jump in for me.
Heads up for achievement completionists, Xbox One version has a bugged achievement in Darksiders 2 so I would avoid that unless you're fine with a 98% completed title.
