Used games are what allow a chain store like Gamestop to stay alive and be so wide spread. There are a lot of areas in the United States that would have no gamestores at all without Gamestop. While it may be hard to approve of the condition they present used games, I can agree that they have brought Video Games to a lot of people who would of normally had to travel miles to the nearest store. If Publishers let them make more money per new sale then I could see Used Games as being an issue, but when they barely make 25% on each sale it's really the only option to turning a significant profit.
The Xbox One will be on it's own with it's instances of DRM. They've made a profound mistake in going after used games.
So he was behind Star Ocean 4 and how terrible it was ?...Well I can't contribute all the foibles to him. He was only programming the game and wasn't involved with the Crap Story, Crap Dialogue, and Crap Gameplay. If he was the Lead Programmer to Star Ocean 3...He will be missed.
I'm so over this Gender thing. People keep bringing up old issues as if they mean anything anymore. Are competitive gamers more likely to insult someone ? Yes...There you go. Done.
Games helped me deal with my anger issues. I appear extremely mellow to a lot of people because I let my anger freely flow while I game. I make sure not to have a mic plugged in when I'm not talking to friends online so as to not say anything I can't take back.
You wont stop the used games market. People want to be able to sell their items and people want to be able to buy physical copies of games simply because a Hard Copy is always better in console gaming. You don't have the freedoms of the PC gaming spaces in backing up data and consoles are becoming too strict in terms of Downloaded media.
