The drop off between the DS and 3DS is astonishing.
Between this and the Wii U, I really hope Nintendo have realised that they need to shake things up in the software department sooner rather than later with the NX, where they need more fresh ideas like Splatoon and far less variants on the previous generation's games.
The Last Voyage of the U.S.S. Constitution was amazing, but my favourite is the Detective Valentine quests because he's the best character in the game by far and so entertaining.
Folsense from Professor Layton and Pandora's Box creates a super impact melancholic atmosphere with the art design and music the games do so excellently and being a Professor Layton, you just know the town isn't what it seems and they don't disappoint.
Majora's Mask should go without saying, the progression of the world throughout the three days is fascinating and rewards curiosity and exploration with both rewards to progress Link and emotional mini-stories.
Dead Rising does something similar to Majora's Mask minus the time travel, where you'll want to replay the game over and over to see everything the mall has to offer which is a ton.
Meh.I adored Fallout 3 and New Vegas, but Fallout 4 feels like such a hollow experience like a shell of the other two in terms of role playing.
All the dialog options feel like different ways of saying the same thing which removes my motivation to find interesting characters.
My biggest issue is 90% of the map feels like it's hostile enemies. So now I just roll my eyes and walk away when I see enemies because other than being bored of killing a million of them, I have more resources than I could ever need.
