@jtthegame316 @VelvetKevorkian Open your eyes long enough to realize that you don't have to be a fanboy of Microsoft's opposition to know the Xbox One is a bad idea. Where's Michael Pachter to tell us the obvious "Microsoft is in trouble"?
@Yondaro I fail to see how it's that big of a deal when an established character makes appearances on an array of titles that span various genres. The only thing unoriginal about that concept is the character itself. I say better to have a multitude of gameplay choices that all contain the same character, than to have an overwhelming selection of games that are identical, save for their revolving door of forgettable avatars.
@enartloc @Infinite_713 I'm sure you're a big boy, and can make the logical notion that he meant any of the Donkey Kong titles that have a clear win condition are the ones to which his claim pertains.
@x7c8r9 @Enforcer246 @inaka_rob All video game companies need some life shocked into them, because just about every last one of them has lost interest in making unique, fun experiences. American companies are hell bent on making the next Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto, while Japanese studios are too busy making games like Asura's Wrath or Ninja Gaiden. The rest are either shoving "retro" remakes/sequels down our throats, and doing a piss-poor job of following through on gameplay. Of course despite having little to no depth in terms of physics and gameplay, people eat them up just because there are pixels involved rather than modern 3D graphics. Gaming is in a state of disrepair the world round, and change needs to come swiftly.
@OuTLaWzGamer @SubHumanTorch @Jacen22 You seem to believe that your singular perception of these games somehow makes them definitively crappy. I'm not sure if you've heard of the real world, but I welcome you to it. Here, we have differing opinions, and news flash: the majority claims that those games are all pretty decent.
