Have you downloaded Broken Steel yet? If it's the same house I'm thinking of I'm pretty sure it has to do with the DLC. There should be a guy outside of the house with the key or if your lockpicking skill is high enough you can pick it. BiThBhE0
It does need a key. You can't pick the lock at all. I do have Broken Steel. Anything interesting in there?

I've been there already. The hardest thing you have to do is come to the realization that you can't sleep. The second part is what to do until you until you nod off. My activity is playing Fallout 3. And it won't kill you to lose a nights sleep

I am in Springdale. In a house, near the red Rocket station, there is a cellar door. This door requires a key. Where do i get the key?

For what it matters: I have a Timex watch that is 20 years old and still works. Now, if you have a PS3 or 360, Sega has a compilation disc that has 40 genesis games on it. These games include Phantasy Star 2, 3 & 4. The first game is unlockable.
