Kyrie Irving at it again!

I'm trying not to get too high off of one game, but man I love Paul George.
23/5 thus far in the third, and he is locking Melo down thus far. Awesome.

Yeah, George is in Melo's jersey! The whole team is getting after it defensively and offensively. Does Indiana finally have a legit, young, 2-way star/superstar, that can ge this own shot? Yes.
The Pacers are running the Knicks out of the gym so far, 62-36 2nd qtr, almost went to that game.
[QUOTEThey'd be the same for your team's score, but wouldn't going 4/10 from behind the arc be worse for overall scoring differential? You'd be giving the opponents two additional opportunities to score.
Assuming they got the rebounds, but yeah.
Durant would have gotten physically bullied in the 90's.ice144
Nah, Durant would be a hand full to contain in any generation. Jordan thinks Dirk would do well in his era, but not Durant?????
Skinny/slim/non-physical/finesse players have have done well for themselves in each era...George Gervin, Reggie Miller, Alex Engilsh.....etc. Even a slender 6'7" Dennis Rodman was a dominant rebounder in the 90's.
I don't know why Jordan continues to do this (dis the current players and this era). I don't think he's doing himself any favors. I wish he would just graciously accept the fact that most fans consider him the greatest, and when asked about today's players say something like "there are great players today, the NBA is alive and well, we left the game in good hands ...etc."
Most of the good players today could have played in the 90's. Kwame Brown could play in MJ's day and do as well, his era had scrubs too. I just think it was a ridiculous statement by Jordan.
Link doesn't work. But yeah, Jordan needs to shut up. I'm tired of the whole birthday thing. You are the greatest but go away to read some scouting report, maybe you can draft better. Master_Live

Fixed, and I agree.
Not sure if this has ben brought up yet, but:
Any thoughts on Jordan's latest comments on today's players when asked?
"which current players could be nearly as successful in his era"

"Ill give you a hint, Jordan said. I can only come up with four.
His list? LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Tim Duncan and Nowitzki.

I think he's wrong and needs to let it go.
[QUOTE="yokofox33"]That's the excuse I use when I get my shiit swatted in intramural basketball. Point is, it's a bad excuse.Good for Kobe. He proved he can stop Lebron in a meaningless game.
