I know I'm late, but damn @ Gasol.  I don't know how lakers are going to do it now.

Injuries just won't stop. Oh well, let's see what Sacre can do with extended minutes. Maybe Kobe can play PF along with 2 guard and point guard...:|

omg Kyrie Irving just lit up the Thunder, that was one of the best 4th quarter performances I've watched this yearandyboiii

Irving has fast become one of my favorite players to watch. He has great moves, shot fakes and all, while maintaing his dribble. Love that stuff. He hit shots over Westbrook, Durant and whoever else they threw at him.

Hate the news about Rondo, one of my favorite players to watch.

Very nice win for the Lakers. Kobe with 14 more assists, another barely missed triple double, apparently doing a good job on Westbrook (didn't see the game, but the recap says he guarded Westbrook from the start).

I wonder what percent is Kobe making more of an effort to get others involved or guys making shots now?

Conversation on Mike & Mike this morning concerning the Lakers (Kobe/Dwight):

Opposing opinions from Antonio Davis and Jeff Vangundy:

http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=8875895." title="http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=8875895.">http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=8875895.

Also Mike McMenimin says advanced stats show Dwight is 2nd in the league in post "touches" behind Al Jefferson. Thoughts?

He re aggravated his shoulder injury. Hoping it's not serious but it might be, the Labrum is torn after all.

What a season!:(

[QUOTE="-Halftime-"] If you're blaming Dwight at all for this season you're a moron. Just saying.-Halftime-

I might be a moron but not because I blamed Dwigt for the Lakers problems, because I never did that. In fact I've been pretty clear on what I think the Lakers should have done awhile back (fire D'Antoni). I know you said "if", but it suggests that you think I might be blaming Dwight for the season. What suggests that?

Nothing. I think your post was meant to be in a joking manner and I took it otherwise, probably because I hear everyone dumping on Dwight online as if any of this is remotely his fault. My bad.

No problem. Yeah, I was joking based on what I posted yesterday about Dwight getting stripped a lot lately.

check out this article It's Time to Hold Howard Accountable

only posting this cause he's a well respected Lakers journalist Kevin Ding. Makes a lot of good points and it's kind of strange to see Dwight acting like a baby still, you'd think he'd man up but taunting Kobe over his FG % ? that's not going to help anything

andyboiii

Interesting read, good points like you stated. I won't make Dwight THE scapegoat for the Lakers problems but if he's doing what's in this article he's certainly not helping.

I know Dwight is frustrated about not being fed the ball more, but one thing I've noticed is several times when he is thrown the ball he gets stripped. Might be just my observation but it seems to happen so much lately that I almost expect it. I know he had a great game a few days ago, but other times down low on scoring attempts, he throws the ball hard off the rim. His health might be the issue but to me he looks horrible trying to score around the basket.

Dwight making fun of Kobes or anyone's fg% needs to stop. Seriously? Go work on your free throws! To a certain extent I can understand why(maybe), but Dwight doesn't seem like he's "all-in".
