Still doesn't change the fact of them overpricing.Controllers with play& charge kits have always been $65 MSRP:?

[QUOTE="movin_target"] Not lately, always. MS has always been like that. I usually try to tell people but somehow they keep trusting that company.kuraimenI've said in the main post I knew about their previous overpricing.

(This is not a topic soley on the Live cost increase)
With the announcement of Kinect being at $150, Live going up $10, and now a controller being sold at $65 dollars?! I know they've overcharged for their other Xbox products, (be it HDDs, Wifi adapters, chargers) but it looks like it is just getting worse and worse.
A month or two ago, I was looking into getting an Xbox, so I can play with my buds who have it, but all this is driving me away. Could this potentially hurt Microsoft in the long run?

believe it or not you can get an arcade, xbox live silver, and a wired controller too if you CHOOSE too
That set up isn't optimal for playing games with friends, locally or online. To do both, you'd have to pay a pretty penny for it.

Just play it with a friend in splitscreen then. In my opinion splitscreen will always be superior to playing with strangers online.

I have done that, its really fun. But this friend moved away from me some time ago, and we can only play games online, same with my brother.

Aside from the occasional framerate dips and texture pop-in, I haven't experienced any other technical problems, and I own the supposedly inferior PS3 version.

I say, no one buy it. Unless they fixed the bugs from the regular game, it is not worth it for:
-broken online
-bad voice chat
-disconnects
-freezing
-corrupted savesI like the game itself, but I had to jump through so many hoops to get the game working online with one of my friends, because he couldn't receive invites, or his friend list. Gearbox/2K couldn't even be bothered to respond or fix the problems for this game.

Well, I own it as well, and all of these issues come from online. There are also problems with the 360 version as far as I know, but the developers don't bother to patch any of these problems.I say, no one buy it. Unless they fixed the bugs from the regular game, it is not worth it for:

[QUOTE="movin_target"]Meh, playing it on PC is where it's meant to be played. :) Sadly I don't have a PC to play them. So of course the news of coming to Ps3 excites me.Wasn't the news supposed to be announced today? Or am I mistaken?
I'd love to have both games bundled together, but to have to wait until Portal 2 is out would be murder.
