@phili878: Absolutely. Couldn't agree more. but it's not a US / RoW split. It's purely a sport-based thing. I'm sure the US football players are just as divey as the European ones. I understand they play American Football over here in the UK too - though I can't confirm that - but if they do, I can't imagine they sling themselves around like the football players. Plus, we have rugby. Not quite as smashyourheadintentionallyintosomeoneelse'shead-ey as American football but it's not far off!
I mean I love proper football - but I can't dispute that premiership players are a bunch of horrifically-overpaid pansies. I prefer non-league frankly.
@USDevilDog: Can't help but agree with you. I'm the furthest person you will meet from a bonkers conspiracy theorist, but I think FB has done little but harm and has given a fantastic, completely anonymous platform to those people we should least be listening to. Nazi's, paedo's, Islamic fundamentalists trying to bomb us back to the dark ages and useless, environmental hippies trying to hold back the world; they're all having a party with FB.
@philip6k: Don't get me wrong - I'm a bit of a spelling pedant myself - but he had the correct word. He's talking about losing money and time by playing this game. He was right to use "lose", and not "loose"...
Or did he edit this after your post? In which case I apologise...
Firstly I specifically said that I'm not gonna complain about too much content. Also, I'm fully aware they have always been open world, thanks, having played almost every one (except Rogue) they've released.
Secondly you seem a little unnecessarily aggressive with all that "you either suck as a gamer (probably)" or suggest that I'm exaggerating for effect. Why would I do that? Did my comment look like I was moaning about stuff? I'd be surprised if it did.
Seems like someone has pissed you off in some way. But it wasn't me so you can relax a little if you like and then, next time you post a reply to someone maybe take a less aggressive tone.
@mogan: Couldn't agree more. I used to love the AC games - and bought Valhalla and it's exactly as you mentioned - I'm about 40 hours in, probably only about 30% of the way in (judging by the amount of the map that's greyed out and the small number of alliances I've made) - and I'm already looking elsewhere for something else to play (just bought WD Legion).
I'm sure after about 40 hours you'd be at least half-way through of the original AC games.
I'm not gonna complain about too much content, but it does mean I'm less likely to finish games going forward...
I must say I found the first Hellblade game as boring as hell. I just walked about a bit then walked about a bit more, whinging about things, then had a straight-forward, and repetitive, fight then started walking again.
@Abomination713: I know. It's pretty weird. I kept looking for the "toilet plunger" until I realised it's just that thing they use (all the time, like, dozens of times every single day) at the opticians.
