Wars is, afaik, an RTS with single player and online, were you play as the humans, the covenant, and some 3rd faction, i think. I don't know when it takes place chronologically in the series.

I think it looks pretty fun, and with the back story that novells and comics have added to their universe, there seems like there's alot of variety to be had. 

That actually does sound alot like an ace combat mission. Took me a second to get it.

Let's see, just in the Ghost Recon universe, there were Russians and Georgians(the country by russian, not the southern US state), the North Africans, then Cubans, and then Panamanians, then Koreans. And then GRAW took place in Mexico, fightingmexican rebels, and then GRAW2 took place the NEXT DAY, fighitng more rebels, and then Eastern Bloc mercenaries, or US civilian contractors?

Any word out yet on how DL'ing song is going to work? Think they'll be priced like songs for the Zune, like what 80MP? Or will there only be packs of songs? Will there be genere packs, so emo's can get their emo strumming on, and silly people who like gmaes and country can twang away? Or just random groupings of whatever they could license?

 The only thing  that irritates me about it, is that knowing if it was on the PC, there would eventually be a process to turn any song, or approximation of one, in to a game track. Oh well, still gonna be fun, if not a bit pricey.

I first played Metal Gear solid on the PC, as I never had a PS1. It was Integral, with the VR missions and all. Well, MGS2 came out on PS2, but a later, subtitled, expanded version, with a skateboard was added to the Xbox. Snake eater, and its life-giving other version missed the xbox as well.

I think its entirely possible we won't see Sons of the Patriots on the360, but a later version with changes, that mayhap skates around exlusivity agreements, might. Or the may launch simultanieously. No one really knows at this point. Just keep your fingers crossed.

Im relativly sure Sony and MS go out of their way to make sure you can't use one on the other's console. Which sucks, as Im sure the PS2 Guitar's for guitar hero are going to be cheaper than for the 360.
