Well im glad I own all consoles. I'm not some lame fanboy. I enjoy all my consoles equally. Why can't everybody else? There all just video games in the end.

You might be the "Ambassador of Consoles" or the "Confucius of the Code" but I don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on Wii and PS3. I wouldn't anyway. I have always enjoyed my Nintendos, I owned the OG, SNES, 64 and the Cube, I am DONE with Nintendo; I have an HDTV and I want my games to look how they should in 2009. I also owned the PS and PS2 and LOVED playing many of their infinite titles, but I won't pay $400 to play a few exclusives. The cross-platform games always look better on the 360 anyways and 360's Achievements system obliterates PSN's "Trophy" system *cough*ripoff*cough*.

So yes, I am a "Lame fanboy" but I am Xbox loyal through and through because it's simply the best console. If the PS Quatro or the Nintendo Ewe ends up being better than the Xbox 1080, then I will switch but I would bet my future children that it won't be the case.

Diablo 3, "COD4-2", Alpha Protocal, KOTOR 3, Shenmue 3, Bayonetta, Lost Planet 2 and pretty much every other game I want to play but hasn't released yet.

For me it wasDiablo and Diablo 2 (am I showing my age?? *blushes*), but yeah, D2 = OT.

This is a thread for all the whiners. By "whiners", I mean those of you that see "no future" for the console because there are "no exlusives" and are considering "buying a PS3, because it's lineup of game rox".

It's the same damn thing every year. In the weeks leading up to E3, everyone goes berserk because Microsoft hasn't announced anything new. Listen to me, and listen carefully. Wait for E3. Sony likes to announce their games approximately 57 years in advance; Microsoft waits.

They said 2007 was the PS3's year. They were wrong.
They said 2008 was the PS3's year. They were mistaken.

Now, they're saying 2009 is the year of the PS3. I would dare say that history will repeat itself.

It just feels like 360 is going more casual. Besides Halo 3 and Gears 2, there are really no huge titles keeping people to the 360. I love my 360 for the social aspect because I have quite a few RL friends who hop on now and then, but besides that, I don't really see anything special about it.

That about covers it. You don't think the 360 is better than the PS3, so then why are you wasting all our time(including yours)?Go buy a PS3 and be done with it.

If you need "Big titles" to keep you to one console then you will ALWAYS be disappointed when any lulls hit.

Quick Charge Kit:

Charge one battery pack in less than two hours, or two packs in less than four hours.

Play n Charge:

Doesn't say but I have it and it's taken anywhere from an hour to 4-5 hours depending on how depleted the battery was to begin with, how much you play while charging and how much it rumbles the entire time.

Which is cheaper? Well they both come with one rechargeable battery but the Quick Charge is @ $29.99 while the Play & Charge is $19.99 so obviously the Play & Charge - it's the one I recommend.

A wireless controller is capable of using both rechargeable packs AND batteries. When you buy a controller without the rechargeable pack it come with the battery holder, you can use alkaline or Ni-Cads (I am sure you can use the new Lithium rechargeables, too). If you buy it without then you can buy the rechargeable pack separate with either a Quick Charge or Play & Charge, that way you can have the best of both worlds.

As for the rumble, you can turn it off through the Xbox's menu settings.

Now you just have to choose a color. 8)

High-end PC = no need for an Xbox

There is, of course, the XBLA and the achievements system, both are awesome and if you have disposable money might be worth it.
