@McGregor Don't buy Razer. Or at least look at the comments on this section and you will that they never last more than a few months. Spent alot on the Naga Epic and it has only lasted me 4-5 months.
@jmc88888 @tushwacker Yeah my Naga Epic is a few months old and will stop functioning left to right about once every 30 secs. Even while plugged in. I am VERY dissapointed.
@King-of-Leon @arcangelgold @lhsjazzman Intel's new CPU has a GPU, PSU, supa MOBO and a 1080p monitor all liquid cooled on it... manufactured with 22 nanometer tech!
@arcangelgold @beaualee @Khoo1992 Demand all you want. But in the end it will be the corporate lobbies that grease the wheels with lots of money for favorable laws to their agenda. So only support companies you trust in.
@-Saigo- @neroist Ease is a factor. Downloading and installing patches, the DLCs, then DLC patches from different torrents vs just buying it. Fast food restaurants exist because of convince and ease.
@binderdundat If someone "pirates" a game online and likes it. They are likely to go and buy it from the pubs for the dlc, updates, and maybe the multiplayer. If someone buys a used game and likes it they will not go out and buy it new from the pubs.
Only a small amount of games are "pirated". A LARGE amount of games are bought used and the devs/pubs will get no box sales money from the used game sales.
@xeoneex66 @v00d00m4n Everyone loves Steam but all games bought there are "services". They can be taken away at anytime, for any reason , without any consent.
@theone86 @neroist @hystavito Well if you buy a book you can lend it out, give it away, or pass to a family member when you die. Same thing with a CD. But if you rip a song from that CD to your mp3 player. You cannot lend out the CD, give it away, or pass it to a family member when you die. Digital law is funny like that. Hence that is why they want you to install your games on your hard drive media. Once that happens they are entitled to it.
Games are becoming "services". I don't believe that is right. And I believe that corporations are lobbying for more laws against the rights of the people. When it comes to the new ground of technologies. The best way to combat that is to not purchase any product that advocates these practices.
