Why the heck is it taking them so long to fix this? This is nuts! Sounds to me that MS has NO idea whats wrong with the network.

Did they not know that there was going to be a spike in traffic for Xbox Live? Were they not ready or did they know that there was going to be a spike but were unwilling to spend the extra time and money expanding the servers and what not to handle the extra traffic? MS has egg all over their collective faces right now. There performance as of late in regards to xbox live is the laughing stock of the gaming community. My support for MS and the xbox360 is holding on by a hair right now. Although xbox live is up and running I'm still having all kinds of problem s with it. This is nuts!They have beenhaving problems for a fewweeks now and MS still has NO clue whats going on? How does this happen with such a large and rich company? Who ever is in charge of xbox live needs to be fired right away.

Dude, this has been a problem for 5 days now!!!!! How long does it take to fix there porblems!?

What the heck is wrong with MS!!!!! Live has been acting up for a good 5 days now and they still dont have the problem fixed. People including myself are just pissed as can be. Because of this problem I can see a lot of people jumping ship to the PS3. I'm so mad at MS right now. Xbox Live has been sucking so bad lately!

wrong!!!! They have been having this problem since Sat. Customer service even told me as much. They dont really know whats causing all the problems but are aware of the issue. They told me the issue was major and causing havock on the network. All I can say is they had better get it fixed soon or I'm outta here!
