yes nintendo made some huge mistakes with n64 like not going  cd and not having any third party support. which opened the door to the playstation brand being the nike of gaming, brand plays a huge role, and if they play there cards right once your the top brand in gaming it really hard to lose it, playstaion brand is the nike of gaming, microsoft has pentrated it cause sony made a huge errors with ps3, and 360 played it card perfectly, while wiiu basically gave up and found a whole new market, but that maket is one hitter and quitter, its not the market thats been alive for 7 gens now. you watch how much better 720 and ps4 sell better then wiiu just cause they are brand for gamers.

Their are so many factors that can influence the sales of both of those consoles. It looks like the 720 will attempt to appeal to the core and casuals with avastly improved kinect with a lot of cool features most likely and lots of hardcore and casual games. Sony is attempting to appeal to the core gamers which is not usually a good idea unless they can grab both the core's and casuals.Ninty is still a giant wildcardand sadly most people don;t recognize that. They could potentially take second in the console race if they manage to improve the WiiU's situation. That involves marketing the thing like crazy and properly, improving the WiiU's OS, providing a ton of high quality games and attemptig to court more third parties.   

it wasnt untill people bought xbox and started research library they found out about halo later on.

I bought xbox for halo actually only game i owned for xbox untill xbox live launched in 2002.

actually is in worst shape, gamecube is out selling it at the moment, and gamecube was the succesor to the n64, gamers were hyped for it, who is hyped for the wiiu, soccer mom and childen have played there wii sport and wii fit and don't care for the next console.

Wiiu is a half ass gaming machine and a half ass casual machine.

casual can relate to the name ''wii"  "sports'' more than ''nintendo'' ''land'' lol.

casual sports football,baseball,hockey,basketball etc lol.

plus the controller eassier for casuals.

Wii sold 80 million because of the pack in game wii sports.

No game sold seperately even came close.

There's no reason to buy a wii-u right now. Cheapness is one of the reasons the Wii sold so well, and at the moment it's not the cheapest console on the market. I think we'll see the same problem with the PS4 and 720. People just don't want to shell out that much money. There also may not be as much demand as there was in 2007 for new consoles. Sure developers want it, but do general consumers want it?

Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and Animal Crossing should boost sales signifigantly though.

Imagine if wiiu didnt even have zombiu and wiiu would of sold alot crappier than it already has.

Lol call of duty black ops 2 saved the day on wiiu we dont need exclusive fps games naw nope nada.

All these crysis 3 walkthrough videos i see people using the scanner to spot & mark enemys on a map or find weapons.

This feature doesnt exist to me in crysis 3 i dont use it and i think it's noobish and lame as hell.

Scanning the environment and having the game pointing stuff out to me is goddamn noobish and lame lol in any game.
