Not all 360 owners are Lemmings.  Not all Playstation owners are cows.  The majority of people buy video game systems to play games.  If you like RPGs and want to purchase a next gen system this year, the 360 is the obvious choice.

Did you just completely make that crap up?  Show me a link where it says that a next gen game will break even at about 500k sold.  If your going from a last generation link then you might want to rethink that.  It takes a small fortune to produce a game this generation.

500,000 x $60 = 30,000,000.  30 Million seems like a reasonable budget for most next gen games.

The PS3 does not have a more impressive line-up of announced RPGs than the 360. The 360 has, off the top of my head Blue Dragon, Mass Effect, Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, Infinate Undiscovery, Fable 2 and Cry On. A lot of these are 07 releases too. Cows have a habit of living in the past and thinking this generation will be exactly the same as last generation even when all evidence suggests otherwise.Paktahn

I know that, but I'm waiting to be proven wrong.  More importantly, I don't think there are any rpg's coming out for the PS3 this year, that you couldn't play on the 360 last year.

Wanna make it interesting? How about if Ps3 makes 10 million by the end of the year, you will bow to my knees and sig it along with all the other bias PS3 bashers (mostly bias 360 lovers), yea?thedarkomen

If the PS3 makes it to 10 million in its first year, but 360 is at 20 million by then, it's not catching up.

I say wait and see.
