@DCSmith707 @no_pants_4_u So all those Xbox Arcade games can just collect dust with my old 360 then? Why? There's no reason why they couldn't port those games over through the Xbox network and keep them linked to your profile.. And besides, that was merely ONE of my points, and certainly not the biggest one.

Microsoft = Greed. Plain and simple, they don't care about gaming, only about making their investors more money. Hence the price gouging model. As for me, I remember a time when playing games used to be fun. It doesn't sound very 'fun' to me to pay online fees, to sign away my privacy, pay twice over for a used game, and to continually buy the same content (No backwards compatibility) over and over just to play a stupid fucking video game. Sorry, but getting laid and having fun costs a LOT less than all this hassle.
@Zevvion @no_pants_4_u Hey I agree its a fairly good controller. But at the same time, I think 'staying comfortable' in a technological sense is a bad strategy. I mean, where's the innovation? We all know that using a keyboard and mouse can be better than a controller at times, and vice versa. Where's the fusion between the two? You see, I don't think there was a lot of creative vision behind the helm this time, they pretty much just stuck with what already works. I mean, yeah its there and its proven. But what above moving gaming FORWARD?
The guy who answered these questions was a complete corporate tool, complete with the new 3.0 question evasion system. He completely dodged the question about used games. To be honest, I haven't really been too excited about ANY of these new consoles: All of them are designed as content-providing money making machines, there's very little creative love that's been put in as far as gaming innovation. Look at the controller for example: It looks almost freaking identical, with the exception of a few minor tweaks that the original controller should have had anyway. The whole thing just reeks of design by corporate d-baggery, not by creative people who are trying to push gaming forward.
@Saidrex Dude, relax. The person was obviously making a joke, the only one acting like an idiot here is you by thinking it wasn't a joke...and then trying to ridicule them for it.
