@ianbrettcooper: Have you not seen the interviews where Sean Murray clearly stated that you could play multiplayer in No Mans Sky? You are right, there are space battles, they are sht, but they are there. Also the flying mechanics, completely suck an dyou cant use the camera to look around the cockpit very well, you cant even do it at all on PC. The multiplayer bit, is false advertising. But im mor edissapointed about how crap the game actually is and the creatures, dont look that vastly different to be honest. All thew caves are practically the same, exactly the same colouring and everything. But yeah basically Sean Murray manipulated heaps of people and the game isnt very good.

@phili878: yeah ill be waiting for the STEAM deals to. I only spend $90 on a game when Its MP focused and im goign to be playing like religiously for at least a month minimum or something like The Witcher 3 and Total War, maybe and even then I never bought The Witcher 3 until recently with the Complete GOTY edition with all DLC, all Expansion packs included for the 1 single price of less than $90.

@Iemander: ive never seen CD Project make a team based RPG yet. That would be great. Also they used another persons lore and story . We have yet to see them actually write their own entire universe. But im perfectly fine them using fantasy books as inspiration though. It's probably the better way to go.

I'm not sure how interested I am with this game.

Because I know about It's entire universe pretty much. What else is there to learn. The biggest draw for me in Mass effect was the lore and its universe and its characters. It had a great beginning, middle and it had an end. It's like if a group of dudes decided, fck it, lets write a book after the Return Of The King in Lord Of the Rings. Just to make bank. After The Hobbit and Lord Of The Rings series, there's nowhere really for Lord Of The Rings to go. Unless they go all the way back to the beginning of time, where everything began. They could do that for Mass effect, I guess. Like when Humans first arrived to Mars and they had a war with the Turian and ther was a lot of backlash when Humans were going to become part of the council or maybe go back to the time where Krogan were ruthlessly taking over the universe and had to be put down with the genophage. My question is. Is there anything else in this universe that will make me play this? Im considering playing the Mass Effect Trilogy again. Over playing this.

Really Enjoyed the beta. Cant wait to play the full game. My favourite BF game for a long time, since Bad Company 2 and it runs SMOOTH as silk on a mid range GPU like an R9 280X :). It's fun, its challenging, its tough. will definitely pick it up. Star Wars Battlefront, has a measely 1000 people playing on PC currently and 17'000 over all across all platforms. 12 million people bought it. Those 12 million are definitely not playing it anymore. Im glad I skipped it and waited for the inevitable Star Wars Battlefront 2 EA.

@chris120379: for sure, i would definitely blame SONY for hyping a game that has false advertising attached to it. It's SONY that have the resources to advertise the game far and wide to people everywhere.

man, i really will miss the beta. That was awesome. I will probably buy it now, based on that beta. it was great. Ran smooth as silk. This and COD 4 modern Warfare remastered, will do it for me for a long time i think. That and my constant , never ending counter strike addiction. I looked up the playerbase for Star Wars Battlefront and it's very dismal. A measely 1000 players around the whole world on PC today and only 17'000 in total across all platforms.....wow, considering 12 million bought it. I never even bothered. I was always going to wait for Battlefront 2 EA.

atmosphere and exploration. where have i heard that before? I love that to, IF ...there's something else to do other than that. I explore in GTA, but i buy a hot dog and drive around and watch Bas Rutton videos on tv. In Mass Effect I like exploring , but I like all the other stuff that comes with it to. The lore, the story, the characters, the combat. I like exploring in Elder Scrolls, but i like doing all the other stuff you can do in that game to.
