I have the pc and ps3 version...I didn't buy the 360 version because my 360 was made in taiwan and the dvd drive crapped out after 3 years.......i'm looking across the room at my girlfriends working super nintendo....and intellivision...odyssey 2...telstar....nes...psx...ps2...hmmm...my telstar pong is from 1976...and it has the wrong power supply that puts out too much...it makes graphical glitches yet it hasn't burnt it out.
this guy knows what hes talking about: EdibleFood Posted Apr 26, 2011 3:48 am GMT The shadows aren't missing from the ps3 and pc version, the xbox 360 version is missing global illumination in multiple scenes, causing the shadows to appear to be pitch black (unlike real life). The ps3 and pc use the updated dynamic lighting in source sdk while the 360 version uses source sdk's env_projectedtexture and other tweaks to give the appearance of dynamic light during certain scenes.Only very old games have shadows that dark, it just seems un-natural.
I was on tech support with microsoft today..asking about replacing my crapped out dvd drive..and their phones were all cutting in and out..I had to call twice
