RIP wiiiu, and for the people saying its cause they can't make money with the wiiu, well unreal 4 is not supporting 360/ps3, its a cause the wiiu is pos hardware.

well they won't have much of a choice since nobody is buying it, and nintedno games are not gonna save it.

They can't afford a price cut, let alone something that low, so dream on.

lol it doesn't matter if they could afford it or not, they won't have a choice, they will have to take a loss, or even take a bigger loss by not selling it at all.

The WiiU uses a somewhat strange CPU.

hiphops_savior

You mean somewhat "weak" cpu, not "strange"? ;)

He might be referring to the GPGPU on the Wii U that takes the physics load away from CPU, freeing up resources.

it not strand its just crap, main reason from what i read is cause it has no simd support.

good job EA, why waste your time on garbage, the console is gonna be dead by next year, anybody with a brain would sell it now and pick it up next year for 99$.

main reason is nintendo consoles are not popluler anymore, wii sold cause of motion controls fad, none gamers loved the motion control idea and ate it up, and third party's knew this, they knew the gamers that buy gAMES WERE ON PS3/360 and not the wii, while yes nintedo games sold great on the console, i think the main reason was they are fun family games, while  mature games almost never break a million on wii and now you have the wiiu confirming the theory that it sold only cause of the motion controls, and too bad motion controls are a fad.

There exist super computers. Does that mean everyone is buying tech that is many generations old? Where do you draw the line?

trugs26

its not that hard really, we've come to expect a 10-15x jump in all 7 generations of console gaming, only the wii and wiiu didn't follow that trend. computers don't have a generation they are always evolving. consoles only evolve every 5-7 years.
