Ya and 22 bucks for three amazing bands! Opeth even played my two favorite songs! It was way worth it... My ears still muffled from last night :D.DiabeticDood

Heh. Yeah, my neck was f**ked for like a week afterwards due to all the headbanging. I think I did some permanant damage when they played Demon of the Fall... but, I just couldn't help getting into it.

Our tickets were only 22 dollars... And I have seen DT before so it's kinda like I saw the Prog Nation Tour before :P.DiabeticDood

Yeah when I saw them it was only £16 (around $30) - pretty good value imo. :D

No, really don't try BMTH. That's just low of you to suggest a band like that.

Wtf, BMTH is one of the best bands ever :x

If you think they're good then you really need to sort your taste out tbh.

They don't even need to develop games for consoles anyway, they're doing fine right here on PC.

Check out Massive Attack's 1998 album, Mezzanine. Its the best Electronica can offerWolf-Man2006

I'll challenge you and say DJ Shadow's 'Endtroducing' is the best Electronica can offer. :P

[QUOTE="edd678"]Im English myself and our accent is very much liked. From what i have seen the Americans LOVE it. The two times i have been to America mostly everyone after hearing you speak replys with 'OMG you British! I just adore your accent!' :P hagadorn

When ive been to America the majority of the people didnt have a clue where my accent was from. My uncle was also asked where he learnt such good American when he was over there.

Yep. I went to Toronto recently and lots of people thought I was from the USA for some bizarre reason... even though I speak with what's quite obviously an English accent.

I'll recommend a mixture of stuff:

Electronica: DJ Shadow, Klute, Justice, UNKLE, Photek, Massive Attack.

Metal: Meshuggah, Opeth, Isis, Neurosis, Cult of Luna, Agalloch, Jesu, Nevermore.

Rock: Tool, A Perfect Circle, Ryan Adams, Jeff Buckley, The Smiths, Sigur Ros, Ian Brown.
