@registeredpunk you do realize that different countries means different regulations and hence different pricing? there is no price parity across countries for a lot of products.

they did say there are unannounced titles in the works at santa monica, naughty dogs and a third studio who's name i forget. wonder when we will get some rumors at least!

@crix01 @outlawoftorn no its not. but buying the product with the intent of returning it, even if its awesome, is abuse.

but again, its all subjective. the issue is that EA will have to deal with millions of these refunds, as people are likely to go this route even if they dont need to. and im just curious how that will be handled.

wouldn't a policy like this lead to a lot of abuse?

for instance, people will just pre-order a game, check it out for 24 hours, then get a refund. they can then wait till the price drops to purchase again elsewhere. it seems like a lot of people would be abusing the system.
