@Asukafan2001 yes while bundling the kinect will ensure developers have the confidence to incorporate it into their games, I still fail to see kinect gameplay attracting the hardcore crowd.

we saw what happened last generation. motion control just does not gel into hardcore gaming and if it is tacked on to games it will be more of a nuisance. the more casual gamer, however, might look forward to it.

@nickpeck36 @outlawoftorn @northArrow yes definitely can't go on cgi trailers, but the order didn't have a cgi one, it was in-game graphics. but yeah, pure gameplay would be good to see.

i really hope there are great multiplayer modes for most of these games, as to me that is what really brings the life out of the console!

im actually quite excited about the f2p games coming to ps4: planetside 2, warframe and blacklight.

they are saying planetside 2 will be playable on ultra on the ps4, which is a BIG deal. you need a pretty hefty pc to pull that off, so i hope it runs great.

@nickpeck36 @AnAngryW0lf @chevelle451 I think as far as launch titles go, then neither console has any of the great exclusives available on day one.

its more about the 3rd party titles on day one: watch dogs assassins creed and battlefield 4.

@instigator81 i think such statements are a little unfair. a lot of the times these reporters go and ask questions and they get a response.

it does not mean the company went out of their way to make an announcement.

@reter121 no way! but i dont think it was still a clear statement. he said you won't be able to use the features realiant on the kinect etc....might mean you still wont be able to game!

@grim_agent that is an option. but it is really annoying when you run out in the middle of a session and dont have replacements in hand.

had it been rechargeable you could just plug in the cable and keep on going.

could not have picked a worse person to deliver the keynote. the audience will have to fight the urge of throwing eggs and tomatoes at him.
