@LastRambo341 - Sorry, I just have to point out that for a big portion of Islamic history, they regarded homosexuality as "lallygagging", and not as some aberration.
@angrychinaman I guess we agree then. I suppose I misunderstood your other post. @Nzilla Not anyway. There's many reasons to believe we'll one day be able to alter that.
@angrychinaman No, I was saying there is no difference (in humans) between gender and sex. There is no mental gender or sex, it's a strictly physical thing, and WHO we are is not defined by gender at all, in my opinion (Shaped? Yes. Defined? No.)
@Davo-C Then what makes someone a woman? The only thing that REALLY makes a woman (sex chromosomes) isn't really something we can notice. Practically speaking, if someone resembles a woman, and wishes to be regarded as such, why not?
@ angrychinaman - Depends on who you ask. From a strictly empirical point of view, there is no intrinsic gender of the mind, just the physical. I find it odd so many people think an intellect is bound by gender roles, who you are at your core has nothing to do with gender. No one is meant to be anything, you're simply born with certain equipment, and if you don't like it, that's fine, there are some options (well, as much as is currently possible).
@bruce_5 Art is anything that anyone, anywhere, might consider art. If someone thinks ME3 art, then it is. Art is not some sort of description that praises a work. "Art" isn't intrinsically good or bad, it's just something that may have a unique value to someone (that is, a value beyond practical application).
@Spacemancer Well looking at EA's history with its subsidiaries, I'd say their influence on Bioware is deep and irreversible, and will only get worse until one day they just close them altogether, or keep them on as some sort of "EA Canada" combined with their other Canadian assets. Even if that weren't so, I can't imagine why company would feel inclined to do this. I mean, it seems to be a forgone conclusion that the ending was not a creative effort, but a means to some nefarious corporate end (whatever the hell that could accomplish), but what if it WAS really just what Bioware wanted? And then all these people come knocking, telling them that their work is dumb, and that they should redo it. Were I a developer, I would feel insulted, Both because people seem so disgusted, and because they all seem so entitled to the ending they want.
@Spacemancer I know, I do agree that the ending is important. But videogames aren't films or books. The meat is in the fun you have playing, and if decisions you make aren't going to effect gameplay much in the first place, why would their effect be so profoundly important as to demand bioware to rewrite .
