You know, I have never done anything 100 times less stupid than that... either my parents raised me well, I knew that the kids who do **** like that were idiots, and/or I'm not human.

It seems that most kids these days (and probably their parents too) have no way of teling from right or wrong. Trust me - I'm a teenager who goes to school with hundreds of other students, not an old grumpy guy. I don't care if you say I'm turning into my parents, because my parents are among the few people I know who have any sense left in them. It's probably because they could of had grandchildren my age. Let's face it: with every generation America gets dumber.

[QUOTE="peregrine93"]

Someone will probably post some insane conspiracy theory why they do that.

"Best Buy is trying to take over the world man. The commercials are hypnotyzing people to buy lots of school supplies and then join Best Buy's super secret army. If they are not stopped, they along with the federal reserve will take over the country, and then the world."

or

"Best Buy is going to assasinate the president man. They're hatching a multi-million dollar scheme to kill Bush so that Dick Cheney can become dictator and execute anyone who opposes Best Buy's goal of being the leader of selling overpriced, overcomplicated electronic gadgets."

As you can see, any thread has the potential to attract crackheads.

And you seem to be the only crackhead that this thread has attracted. I don't watch TV so I don't notice the commercials, but it is annoying.

I knew someone would say that. I guess you didn't see the threads about really far-fetched conspiracy theories about the Federal Reserve trying to take over the world yesterday.

Ah never mind. It was a bad joke. And I really think that the whole ads 3 months before the event thing is annoying.

A few things about this story:

1.Do not play with fire when drunk

2.If you are not drunk, make sure no one near the matches is drunk.

3.He was probably drunk.

So far, there is no way to prove or disprove that any god or goddess exists. Sure we can't see them, but what if they are able to somehow not be seen and still exist? There isn't any evidence either way.

I really think it's bad parenting. If what FOX said was true, then I would be immature and my grades would be failing. I watched Mr. Rogers when I was little, and I barley remember being punished for anything and I haven't gotten a final grade below an A in years. My parents are old enough that they could have had grandchildren my age. However, most of the kids in my school have younger parents. Those same kids are the most immature and have the worst GPA. There's bound to be several of them who watched Mr. Rogers.

The problem is that parents are teaching their kids the wrong values. I am the only kid in my class who has to buy gaming platforms with my own money. The other kids in my classes? Oh the are so spoiled that they got thousands of dollars worth of stuff for christmas. Did they earn it? No. I don't know how constantly bullying other kids and getting bad grades makes them deserve a PS3.

As for punishment, I don't think they know the definition of it. I was one of the kids who they bullied in the sixth grade. I eventually had to talk with my guidance counselor to get them to stop. If their parents were told about what their children were doing (which they probably did), they gave little or no punishment. How do I know? Next year they started up again. Why? I found out a couple of their friends was a Nazi I'm serious. If I was in that situation, I would immediatly stop being friends with them and tell all my friends to do the same.

As for teaching your kids to be extremely racist, that's another thing that shouldn't be done as a parent.

[QUOTE="mac906"][QUOTE="mig_killer2"]Ive heard some conspiracy theories regarding the Fedmig_killer2
Would you care to explain them?

there are some people who think that the federal reserve is responsible for world war 1, world war 2, vietnam war, and the war in iraq

OMG are you serious? You can't be serious. Seriously. It's not like the causes of those wars weren't clear.

On a slightly unrelated note, this thread makes me want to talk like a hippie.
