@wayneextremity: The GTX 1080 makes 9 TFLOPS and shits all over Scorpio which doesn't even come out till late 2017. Microsoft is flat out lying about 4K.

@emptycow718: Trash console? Based on what? The PS4 Pro is 4.2 TFLOPS at $400, that's a great deal. It takes 10+ TFLOPS to hit 4K 60fps barely any high end gaming rigs are doing it yet even with a GTX 1080.

It'll take 10+ TFLOPS to reach native 4K for AAA titles and even then it's probably a waste. I'd rather see 1080p/60fps with better textures, lighting, AI, etc. with all that power.

Yea it's a minor update for behind-the-scenes stuff, but only took a minute to install no big deal.

Bring more Zombies maps, regular COD multiplayer is terrible.

@sladakrobot: Huh? Looking trends over the last 2-3 consoles the PS5 isn't due to 2019 or 2020 and should be around 12 TFLOPS.

Not plans to buy a new TV or monitor for a while, so it's 1080p gaming for me until probably 2020 / PS5 era. Looking at actual benchmarks you need upwards of 10 TFLOPS GTX 1080+ for actual 4K gaming, so tech will be ready by then.
