Well, it really depends on the genre right? For sports and racing, I'm definitely using the controller. And I plan on using the controller for future gamed like Devil May Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed too. I just like using the comfort of using a game controller, so I'll use it for pretty much any game that doesn't involve aiming. I also thinks having the 360 controller helps influence companies to ports more of their 360 games onto PC, since they know that PC users can have the same experience. Who knows, maybe Ninja Gaiden II will make a jump to PC. :)

Hopefully it will get optimized a whole lot, because getting 30fps on your rig is not too great. I thought you'd be able to get it to 60 fps easy. Thanks a lot for the pic and the preview.

I can tell a difference with the new drivers. Got a 8800gts, and Bioshock would give me crappy framerates at random times (mostly when just starting the game). It was obviously a driver issue, since the framerate drop wasn't dependent on the amount of action on the screen. Now it's very smooth.

HUGE fan of the 360 controller. But I'm definitely sticking to the mouse/keyboard for Gears. Anything where you use the right controller stick to point/aim, using a mouse/keyboard has to be more sufficient. But I love it for racing and sports games. Plan to use it for Assassin's Creed too.

1) Playing PS2 games

2) Blue-Ray

*note that playing PS3 games is neither my first or second choice.

Why does everyone think Killzone 2 will be good? I mean really the first one was ok and graphics DO NOT define how good a game will be, It really bugs me when people say Killzone 2 looks so good, but they never mention anything bad. I mean I love Halo, but I am not a fanboy and I don't think ps3 will ever re-create a Halo experience. Thats my opinion so make up your own mind.Cdonveto

Agreed. Killzone 1 wasn't that great, and I heard that the playable demos of Killzone 2 wasn't that good (like bad AI).

Dude, sixaxis SUCKS. I'm with the crowd that wants the RUMBLE back! The thought of moving your conrtroller around while both hands are on it is very uncomfortable, and I haven't seen a good use for it yet. Totall Wii-tarted. I wish people would just make 360 controllers PS3 compatable.

It's SO FREAKIN' SLOW! I got road runner and my PC works just fine, but internet is so slow on my PS3. Firewall/settings problems perhaps?
