This has nothing to do with the song.

Sony is trying to shift any Vice City buyers, in the wake of GTAV hype, over to PSN. Dirty crafty bastards. Any educated gamer should refuse to buy Vice City on PSN.

Would've been a great idea for GTA V DLC if not for the Lost and the Damned making it a been there done that kind of idea.

@simon1812 There's a lot of money behind system sellers. Exclusivity sucks yeah, but the upside is the extra money can turn out some of the biggest and most polished games.

@bluecat68 I know cockpit view is neat and all, and I like to look at the interiors and all...but driving in it? With a racing wheel there's like...two steering wheels. And you have to sit an inch from the TV to feel some approximation of right positioning. I can't get over it...it feels unnatural.

Hood view. That feels right. No pretty interior but it feels right anyway.

@TylerW @shaunmc @DrKill09 Wouldn't that be Pee-tz-tz-ah, with two "z"s and all?

So if I say "muzzle your grizzly nozzle before I frazzle, and dazzle you dizzy in a sizzlin' tizzy"...how's that sound in Italian? Lots of "tz-tz" in there, that's for sure!

@Sonicpan Superior yes, but still pretty sadly impotent for an "open world" racer, being that the world is so far from open and the multiplayer is straight out of a track based game.

@whiteranger23 I agree that TDU2 was disappointing after TDU showed so much promise. It was completely terrible how they pulled the events out of the world and wrapped them in lameness. And the car selection was really poor. And those two things really hurt the game very very badly, to the point of turning something that could have been excellent into something very frustrating. Also, I didn't like the police system as much as TDU1's. But the events system and the car roster were the game breakers.

But TDU2's good steering wheel support, the addition of off-road to a more fully developed world, the really killer weather effects, and more in-world race tracks make it hard to say they didn't add a lot of key features that were huge improvements. If you add back all the cars from TDU1, and preserve the TDU1 events system, it would be hard to argue against TDU2 being the most fun racer ever. Too bad they dropped the ball by breaking the event system and having an light and imbalanced car roster. Considering that it really would have been that easy, it's a real heart breaker that they blew it.

As far as TDU1...such bad steering wheel support and the lack of off-road events are major downsides. Hard to say what's worth more, but I personally couldn't go back without good wheel support so I have to default to TDU2.

The feature set of the worlds best open world racer is crystal clear. Why it hasn't been made is beyond me.

When are devs going to realize that slapping a coat of exciting party-tween paint over everything doesn't sell racing games? Being a quality racing game sells it even to the drug addled raver teens, but the super-cool-cat-rave coating just detracts from the whole thing for the rest of us.

Oh, and a huge lifeless track on rails, hemmed in by invincible barriers, does not an open world make - no matter how good the handling and scenery is.

Racing genre sales must not support AAA game budgets if this is what we've come to.
