@Wish01 At this rate, the guys in remote areas are likely to have xbox 360 for longer than at any other new console release transition due to evidential poor pole sales if always-on occurs. It may even be to the off-liners advantage of having a growing population of xbox 360 offliners :)
@sladakrobot @djpetitte Confirmed or not buddy, PS4 is slated to have multiple monthly subscription levels. Annual contracted console subscriptions is not value for money in line with intermittent repairs and likely future rises to Microsoft's subscription levels.
@gamer20482 Good point. Though it would then really make sense for free members to go wii U or PS4 as all content is likely to start from scratch anyway on 720 (no BC games) at ISP equivalent costs and some. And who's to say the apps on 720 won't have contracted annual costs too. Xbox 720 two year contract subscription is the longest greediest contract i've come accross for a rental console.
Just think, Onlive could in theory produce a housed superior spece'd upgradable machine and satallite it to us to in turn, make it value for money without ongoing manufacturing costs.
@buckwild73 @kingcrimson24 Yeah, unless MS find a sensible way to update their online inventory without it ever being a nuisance to play games online, it can still be hack vulnerable for many with Sony's recent dilemma in mind.
No surcharge to walk in a shop to buy substantial titled retail games likely to soon disappear down to worsening contracted console subscriptions costs.
@RumourhasitFor some, it really is about online PS3 support for another 2 years at which time, more needed AAA PS4 titles should then justify the jump. They're actually doing us a favor when they release dual formats for backward compatible lovers only to then buy the PS4 for cheaper later :)
I like thin crust cus then I can eat a wheel sized one in a sitting. This really could render the nutritious pizza to junk food proportions by the time GTA V comes out.
