The coating of the disc actually makes them scratch-resistant.

Sweet MOTHER OF JESUS.

40 gigabits per second? I think my brain just haemoraged. WITH JEALOUSY.

Where I live, New Zealand, we have one true internet provider who basically has total control over the loop in the entire country. Its an ancient copper loop that is slow and highly unreliable, even by traditional copper loop standards. There are of course other providers, but they mostly suck major you-can-guess. The speed is listed as 'as fast as possible', now that the government passed laws preventing illegal, deliberate line slowing by the telecomunication companies. However that translates to 'how many people in your exchange area are using the internet'.

Which of course means, you get a max of about 300Kbs downloads, and only if almost no-one is awake and using the internet, and you're downloading from a high-bandwidth Direct Download site like Steam or whatever; or torrenting an extremely popular file, like one of Dattebayo's fresh releases.

Our prices are also amongst the highest in the entire world. America and Australia don't know jack' when it comes to internet pricing. You ain't got NOTHING on what we have to deal with. Our internet is nowhere near as slow as it was a mere 3 years ago but we have amongst the most restrictive capping systems in the world. Measly download caps allow for crap-all usage per month, unless you want to splash out another $40 per month to get another 5-12 gigs of combined download and upload.

It doesn't help that we are a good 10,000 Km from America and specifically California, where of course most of the data from the rest of the world is routed through, causing a TITANIC chokepoint of legendary proportions (not just epic).

So, when are we going to get 40 gigabits per second download speed? I think after governments start getting in on the act and helping companies fund the research and development of new technology, and help implement it, and regulate fair pricing. SHOCK HORROR!

I SUGGESTED REGULATION!

Why? Ever heard of net neutrality? If you haven't, go research it now, still can't find anything? Your ISP's probably blocked the important websites regarding that issue ;D.

I also suggested that the governments help research and implement new technologies. Why? BECAUSE ITS OUR MONEY. Why are people so afraid of suggesting our taxes go into helping push fowards one of the most useful tools in the HISTORY OF MANKIND, that we PAY FOR WITH OUR OWN MONEY. How about instead of funding some nationwide cultral project or awareness project we spend the money on the internet.

THEN people can have their awareness raised OVER THE FREAKING INTERNET.

RKfromDownunder

You're putting the USA and Australia in the same class when it comes to Internet pricing?!?

Is the limited edition of MGS3: Subsistencethe one that came with all the cutscenes spliced together like a movie on an extra disc?

If so, I have it, it cost me $85 used, that's $AU though. Vanilla MGS2 was $17 used transversely.

A while back, I was yawning and one of my friends threw a rock in my mouth, I swallowed it, but managed to cough it back up in the end.

Not really that bad.

Centrecom is a good Australian based PC parts website, they're based in and around Melbourne. Not exactly sure if they ship all around Australia though.

I've read that RAM gained from Readyboost is nowhere near as useful as actual RAM, and also that it has to be a high quality flash drive with a speedy write speed for it to work well.

Ok, so what is exactly is the difference between these two cards, is it noticeable, and is it worth the $150 price hike?
