Yeah bro not much you can do here. You can try to dispute it but i think you are gonna lose. Your lucky they did not ban your IP address and brick your console all together....

Yeah you should be alright man. I would just keep up with the tracking number. Im surprised they did not send you the paperwork though. Whenever the red ring of death became a big problem microsoft was sending out coffins and pre-paid postage. Not sure if they are still doing it though...
I would highly suggest an HD PVR if you can afford it. I have one and i absolutely love it. If that one is not in your price range you could always check out Dazzle or Aver Media....
I still have the game i made sure to play it through to 100% completion. Now that you have finished the game i would highly suggest checking out the DLC. What would be really great is if Rockstar would find someway to pick up the story with John Marstons son. *Hint, Hint to Rockstar*
I am a huge Saints Row fan and the problems you experienced may have been bugs/glitches. I know in Saints Row 1 and 2 i experienced numerous bugs and glitches. Even worse than that were the game freezes. While playing Saints Row 2 my game would freeze often and on two separate occasions my save file became corrupted and i had to start over. Keep in mind that i do not use cheats or hacks period. It was very, very frustrating. Now with Saints Row 3 i did not have any problems at all from start to finish....
Yeah i did not think it was that great. When someone says truly immersive game the only one that pops into my head is MYST. I know a lot of people did not like it but that game sucked me in and had me hooked pretty hardcore.....
I played Terrorist Hunt by myself so much I reached Elite 2 rank. Realistic difficulty, high enemy density, no respawns and pistol only. Good times.Black_Knight_00That is pretty damn impressive man. Even with a full party realistic difficulty was a pain in the ***. I definitely needed blood pressure medicine after that lol....
I have read up on the Occulus Rift quite a bit and i am pretty damn excited to see a finished product. At the same time i always get a little worried when it comes to new tech. Virtual Reality gaming could be great and if the product came out and the reviews were pretty good i would spend the money to get my own. Whenever i think of the Rift i think of the the movie Lawnmower Man and it would be pretty badass to have some VR like what was portrayed in that movie....
